the worst hair cut and experience i have ever had. i lost my house in the palisades fire and was invited to the grammys. i went for a blowout and the stylist asked me if i wanted to trim my dead ends off. i said yes and he proceeded to chop 8 inches off of my hair and by the time he got to the front it was too late. naturally i was shocked and didn’t know how to respond so i just told him it was good. i noticed later that the cut was awful and I had to spend another $150 to get it fixed. truly the perfect example of someone putting there own creative wants over your requests.

my opinion of my guys at scissors shd send everyone to their place for the best look that they could wish for. not only do these guys help make you beautiful, but they also build your confidence up by 100%. the only reason i don’t like to do this is i might never be able to get another appointment. if you go once, you will never go elsewhere again.
robbie and sebastian are the best you will find. you will thank me later.

Robbie and Sebastian are above and beyond words with tools and techniques derived from The VIDAL SASSOON ADVANCED TRAINING PRIMARILY ROBBIE IS THE BEST ALL AROUND SEBASTIAN GREAT AT CREATIVE AND BASIC NATURAL HAIR COLOR Dennis PRIMARILY MENS BOYS CUTS. AND WADE.... He should be replaced from hearing about his lack of skills in doing hair and his bad attitude towards customers. It would be 5 stars ...except for Wade being at Scissors.... Other than that Robbie Sebastian is very cool and great at their passion Dennis too only when he's not talking about himself , bragging

Really really scary experience. Do not go to Wayne. He is really unstable. He was getting more and more moody as the session progressed, not responding to feedback that I didn't like the way he was cutting my hair (end result was horrendous and looking like something out of a Friends episode). Flipped out when I told him it looked nothing like the picture I showed him, saying that "well you are not a blonde and you don't look like that" when it was obvious that he had messed up. Called me rude and said I was taking out my anger on him (had to take a call where I had to sternly tell my kid I would take away his toy if he didn't get out of the car with the nanny as he was late to pick up his sister)- Wayne mom-shamed me and accused me of taking out my "anger at your nanny" (not true) on him. He also asked me where I was from (I look middle eastern) and then asked whether I was born here, etc, etc. it was a terrible experience. Do not ever go here. And the worst part is that getting home I realized that half my head is an orangey-brown and the other bottom half is black. Not sure how he could mess up a single process but that happened too. Total incompetence and attitude to match.
