I went into the T-Mobile store on Main St. in Santa Monica to move from Verizon to them and to buy a new phone. First, I was promised a rebate on a monthly plan, then when I agreed to sign up it vanished and was not available. Then, the representative helping me began speaking with her "assistant manager", whose name plate read "Marvin". He did not even look at or acknowledge me (a new customer coming over from another company!), and took over the sign up. He either did not answer my questions or gave monosyllabic answers: yes/no. He gave me NO information about my new phone not how to set it up or use it, the monthly plan I was getting, or any information. When I asked, he told me to go online. After I signed the contract, he did manage to tell me to "have a nice day". This is a person dealing with the public and the "face" of T-Mobile for new customers. Either poor training by hiring personnel, or maybe the company just doesn't care.

Has been closed for over a month now. Can't even pay my bill and my screens so scracked I can only see a third. They just got done remodeling. Opened up for about a month and now they are closed again.

Really bad costumer service. Transfer my phone lines to other numbers after I repeated and requested my same numbers. Had to spend a half day transferring then wait a whole day to clean up having to go to their store to clean up their mess with an unfriendly employee. Never again!

Your experience may depend on who you talk with. I had to go multiple times to get my data from my old phone to my new one. The last guy I got was great and got it done quickly. I think more training is needed for some of the other employees. But they are all nice, even to some of the grumpy people they have to deal with.

T-Mobile and AAA sending out JUNK MAIL via USPS for their JUNK PROMO DEAL. Some deal, would cost me THREE times more than I currently pay.Wasting paper and increasing, not decreasing, their carbon footprints. I spent well over an hour online, on the phone, live chat, etc yesterday and today to get off their mailing lists.I was told by T-Mobile Live Chat only way to get off it was to visit a T-Mobile store!!! WHAT????I also filled out several forms on AAA site and posting on social media.I am also in the National Do Not Mail List registry for years. Verified it again. You can find the link online.These companies are VIOLATING FEDERAL LAWS.You all can go to ....I am furious!Supporting T-Mobile and AAA means you support JUNK companies who only care about polluting our world. With terrible customer service!!

Kenny was excellent. He helped me transfer my data over to my new phone. Kenny was also very knowledgeable and friendly! The whole staff was really nice and they enjoyed each other! Rudy also was very helpful!
