I am surprised there's bad reviews...Every time I go here I get excellent and timely service. It's also free for me to get my tire pressure checked and wiper fluid replaced. They even made me a new key card. Excellent customer care. When I had my Subaru and lost my key they charged me $600. I am really impressed with Tesla all around and seems like a huge improvement compared to other brands of cars.

My car was having some software issues and everyone here was extremely helpful! I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and as soon as I parked I was instantly greeted again by another person and I told them my issues I was having. All the staff was very attentive! They where able to fix my problem in less than an hour. I highly recommend this location!

Kevin the service manager was great. I used to have to go to West LA before this center opened. much improved here.

Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service provided by Ranil I am extremely disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to come here . It's a disappointed.!!!!! Never Again!

Today I came in this service center and was highly disrespected by a employee named Ranil the supervisor. He was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. He stated to me I been disrespectful because I been complaining a lot about the car in the messages. I stated I have the right to complain about my vehicle and he continues to humiliate me around others saying I been really rude. After I confronted him about my car having the same issue after less then 24 hours of being fixed SUPPOSEDLY . JOSE IS THE WITNESS TO THIS INCIDENT. Today I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. It's very unlawful for an employee to speak to a customer like this and I find it very unacceptable. Watch out he's very shady and looks miserable!!! Also he illicit about Tesla vehicles having a lot of problems and it normal because it's a super computer on wheels. No where in the financial paperwork states I will experience serious issues that may put my life in jeopardy when driving this vehicle. A documented letter will be sent to the headquarters of Tesla on today's incident. Respectfully. I asked for the general manager and he kept trying to just get rid of my presence as soon as possible. Disgusting.... Service is was worse then McDonald's with him. Shame on you for treating me like that as a valued customer who pays soo much with Tesla. A car being wrapped in ppf is supposedly heavily modified haha your a joke. 01/05/2023 this occurred around 10AM

I had a good service visit , they gave me a loaner and work was covered under warranty. Good experience. Only suggestion is for people with white seats to put down a towel on the seats because it'll come back dirty.

Alex (left corner desk) at collision center provided excellent customer service, kind, and extremely communicative and patient with explanations and understanding special circumstances, especially with intricacies with billing through insurance. Much appreciated considering dealing with vehicle problems can be annoying in itself. Thanks Alex!

I would give 0 stars if i could. One of the service advisors was nice. The other one was not. He clearly did not like dogs and made very rude comments about me having hair in the car. My roof panel seals are completely coming apart causing me to have serious frosing on my windows in the car, causing a serious danger to me. The car is only 2 years old and the seals are all coming apart on the top glass of a model X. The manager, Ranil just told me that will not be covered under warranty. He cannot give me a place at all where that is excluded but he is telling me it is not covered. I am so upset. Paying this much for a car to have all the seals completely deteriorated and being a danger and without any place he could show me that this is excluded, he chose not to fix the problem Just the worst customer service.

You call the center a few times, no one answers, and when given the option to leave a message the automated answer is asking you to enter the phone number of the person you're trying to reach. Makes absolutely no sense, didn't get any help from this Tesla collision center. Everything is on par with their poor app, customer care service and everything Tesla when you're stranded and need help. Awful

If I can give 0 stars I would. I left my car here thinking bringing it to tesla an official place would be safe. It wasn't. Picked up my car and it was not ready. The paint was not same color. The guy insisted it was till I kept saying it wasn't. He brought out service tech and was like it is not same color your right. Please tell me why this other worker insisted it was fine when it wasn't. Horrible customer service and only to find out there was another issue when I got hone with my car. Tried calling the manager for a week straight. Horrible customer service. No call back at all. Who treats a client like that. I am definitely disappointed in the all around service.

It is frightful to read the reviews of several Tesla Service Centers. Some unfavorable than the others. So when I rescheduled my appointment and I was transferred to Tesla's Colorado Ave Center in Santa Monica, I was looking forward to a healthy experience. I got several reminders before the date and on the day of, a courteous welcome message from the person in charge of my service. It was a drive for me, but it was totally worth it.I arrived more than half an hour early and they took care of me right away. A tech was assigned swiftly, rode with me during a test drive, explained and analyzed my situation, and quickly came up with a result. As it transpired, there was nothing to worry about and I was on my way, before the actual start time of my appointment. I used the waiting room before leaving and was surprised to see it empty. It was also spacious and had complimentary coffee and snacks. I took pictures to post. There were two gentlemen at the reception desk. They stepped aside for the picture. In the future, I got to make sure that this is the location I end up in, if ever I need service again.

Had a great experience here, identified and fixed a rattle in my M3 in about an hour. Staff on site was quick and communicative. Much better than other LA service centers!

This service center is awful. My service advisor Kevin repeated the same sentence about the range on my car not being an issue until I mentioned that's the issue has been there longer than 7 days and lo and behold another option comes up. Apparently losing 50 miles on range is normal. I can't get to SD on 175 mile range. He's cocky and rude and doesn't need to be in the service business. This Tesla service center is really bad. I'll go to a different one next time.

Stay away ... loaner cars are filthy, my car came back filthy, my car came back with a scratch/dent, and overall service is sub-par.

This is a bad service provider. They like to change their mind after they already have their car. One day: Sure, you can tow it us today, no problem keeping it here until your appointmentNext day: Actually, we need you to tow your car back, we can't keep it hereMy experience with this provider has been bad enough, I'm questioning whether or not I really want to get another Tesla in January when my lease expires.
