The class is part spiritual lift, part amazing workout, part dance party. My favorite instructor (but they’re all really wonderful) is Dom - a truly special human whose light shines wildly bright. He is a unique blend of earth angel and insanely motivating fitness instructor who also has the best and most eclectic music taste that will find you realizing you’re doing burpees to Aerosmith’s “don’t wanna miss a thing” and loving every beautiful second of it.

I had not heard of The Class until my friend took me to the studio in LA. I love the concept and the vibe and the teachers and the staff. But I have to admit that the studio itself is very small and I did not have enough space to move around the way I wanted cause the mats are too close to each other.
Their shop is very good too and I purchased a couple of natural deodorants of a brand they collaborate with.
I am buying two online classes (there’s a deal for first time purchase) for my best friend for her birthday!

BLOWN AWAY. Loved the teacher. She gave her all and lead us into the most free version of ourselves. I felt strong and fierce in the exercises, was amazed by the approach of including heart opening tracks too, the music was top notch, and relieved for the non-judgment space to let it all go through vocal expression too. What a unique class that tends to every aspect we need to place our attention on… the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

Love this practice, and the SaMo studio is beautiful. Erin Ward is my favorite teacher in all of LA! Can't wait to experience more classes in person when I move back to the westside.

Pricey, but parking is validated, you don’t have to clean your mat, towels included. A great workout and emotional release. Love.

What can I say, except I missed The Class more than anything else when NYC shut down. There is a digital option, but to experience these women in person will literally put you in the space to find whatever it is you’re looking for. A firmer bum? Toned arms? Or possibly a more powerful and loving sense of self? Don’t be intimidated- they’re all beautiful souls- even in LA!
