Awful female chiropractor. Wouldn't even adjust me because she said I have high blood pressure.... I'm a healthy female that has never had high blood pressure. In fact, I went to my primary care doctor and they checked my blood pressure and showed me my results... I have average blood pressure. I'm part of the LGBT community and convinced she was homophobic and tried to get out of helping me. She also violated HIPPA by discussing my blood pressure "numbers" in front of other patients, out in the open. Awful place! Please do better with who you hire and how you treat patients.

I absolutely have loved the adjustments during my new excercise regime. It helps my posture and my feeling of well being. The circulation to my entire body is enchanced after my adjustments. I love being able to just drop in when it's a good time for me without calling and making appointments and getting all the reminders on my phone. Everyone is very good at what they provide. June has been very helpful when I reach out to her in the Brentwood location.

So sad to see them loose Dr. Wong - he was the best at this location!!Please stay aware of the bossy female doctor. She will end up making you feel worse than when you came. The joint lost all the great doctors! Dr. Paul Brown in WeHo left; now Dr. Wong. The only few good ones left are Dr. G, Dr. J and Dr. Alex at the Pico location. I have to drive 40 minutes to get adjusted by them as they are the only ones who know what they’re doing.I was getting adjusted by the female Dr. at the Santa Monica location after dr. Wong left, and at first I thought it was great, but after each adjustment pain was getting worse - it was like a blood circulation stopped getting to my brain and stiffness in my neck and upper back… today Dr. G fixed it all in one visit, I feel alive again. I felt horrible for 3 weeks until he adjusted my neck. And I am really sorry to say this as I am the biggest women supporter but I have never had a good experience with female adjusters. Sadly.

5/25/2023 - I saw Dr. Alex today, who gave me the best treatment I’ve gotten at The Joint since Dr. Titus left the Jefferson Blvd location. Alex must be a Pokémon fan too, because he had to find them all (the cracks). He was just filling in, so I made him tell me where he is usually based (4700 West Pico). How they only have this guy working on Fridays and Saturdays is a crime. Thanks for helping me feel and sleep better, Alex!

My back was in a lot of pain before coming. After coming for a few months, my pain has gone away and my posture has also improved. The staff are so kind and welcoming which makes every time I go an enjoyable experience.

Doctors are mostly good. But the business... I went out of the country and had to freeze my membership. But it was unfrozen automatically WITHOUT any notice, so I did not know I had an active subscription. They sent me an email only when the payment did not go through. The owner has no intention to refund, despite my being a client for 6 years. I feel overcharged by $300.They try to be useful and easy but it's a disappointment. The Joint is not an option for me anymore.Be careful.

I’ve been a member of The Joint for three months now and I’ll never look back! The business model is genius and I love the Santa Monica location. The front desk staff are always very polite and helpful and the doctors are all very knowledgeable. I usually see Dr. Dina and she is fantastic. Always know exactly what to do and makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this location!

After being a member for about three months, I’ve had great improvement in some of the problem areas of my body. The doctors are very knowledgeable and I appreciate that I’m able to get in and out quickly and around my schedule. I see Dr. Dina most often and she is really great. I always leave feeling much better and at ease.

I've been seeing chiropractors for 40 years. When my regular doctor sold his business I decided to give The Joint in SM a try. It was NOT a great experience. Yes, it's very inexpensive. But be aware - when you sign up they don't mention that it's a two month subscription. After the first month I wasn't happy so tried to cancel but was told I had to pay for the second month. Okay. That was two months ago and I've been charged two more months in a row after canceling. The first time I went in and June said she'd take care of it. Got my refund a few days later. This month it happened again and Kenisha at the front desk said it was an IT issue. That she had no way of calling them and could only send a message. She gave me the name and email address of the manager (a doctor also named Kenisha) who I emailed right away. I've yet to hear back from her.But in the meantime, I found the corporate website, called the number, put in the extension for IT and guess what? I could talk to them directly. When I told the fellow there what I had been told at the SM location - he said she wasn't telling me the truth. Of course she can call IT. He assured me it would be taken care of this time. We'll see.As far as the doctors, they are mostly young and inexperienced. I went in with a low back issue and left with a sore neck because they all just do the generic crack to the right, crack to the left. It takes them less than 5 minutes to adjust you.Dr. Dina is rude and rough. Dr. Wong tries the hardest to be specific but is hit and miss. Dr. Jenna also tries but is very inexperienced and isn't always able to get anything to move.I won't be going back.

You 1000% get what you pay for here - not in a good way. Half of the time you show up there is a sign on the door that says "Sorry, no doctors today". I've been about 15+ times now and here is a review of my experience with each doctor. Dr. Kimberly: AMAZING! The only reason I keep going backDr. Dina: SO SO awful. Unprofessional and extremely rude. Everything I read about her online says the same. Unsure how she still has a job. Dr. Wong: only went to him once but had a good experienceDr. Jenna: friendly but not very experienced/I never crack when I see her/she doesn't address my concerns

Prior to my first visit, I knew nothing about chiropractic services like most other people in their 20's. After I visited The Joint Chiropractic through a close friend's referral, I saw why he spoke so highly of them. Not only do the doctors maintain a high level of professionalism, I have also been greeted with their passion for work and their willingness to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend everyone, including those without any pain or discomfort, to walk in for an initial consultation. It will be the $29 you won't regret spending.
