I have been coming to this UPS location for over five years now. There is a new woman (perhaps a manager) working the desk, and she is absolutely awful. One of least pleasant, least polite, least helpful person I’ve interacted with. If you need a UPS store, go anywhere but here!

I came in around 3:45 p.m. on a Monday, and they had no line. I just needed to make one return to Amazon, and I already had a shipping label, so it was super quick.

Friendly employees but don’t take passport photos here. They have a bad camera and a 5 yo can take better photos.

I've always had a seamless experience dropping pre-paid packages off here. Friendly staff. Compelled to leave a review because one of the staff helped me find my package that I had dropped off a couple hours earlier in order to add something to it!

I would rather drive to another location then ever come back to this location due to the staffs rudeness. Very condescending.

DO NOT under any circumstance use this store to receive a UPS Package! I was sent one, and was not made aware of the date of arrival. They did not call me, and when I finally checked to see if it had arrived, it had, and I was charged $10 a day for storage, totaling $170! When I asked, why they hadn't called me (my number was on the address), the staff person, Suzy (who turned out to be the manager), rudely responded, "we do not do that". Of course they don't; they are more interested in keeping the storage fees as a profit center, as opposed to rendering a good service! I recommend using either USPS or FedEx, both of which will store the item until it is delivered, without charging a fee! I refused the package, and it will be returned to the merchant, who was also appalled at this situation and will seek an other shipper in the future, and will either refund my purchase or re-ship it for free. They at least, are a business, who understand what service is. UPS and this particular franchise to not. When I asked if I could speak to the owner, Andrew, about this, Suzy told me she could not give out his contact information; he only comes to the store rarely. BEST TO AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

I was serviced by a young man named Adam. He was extremely condescending and rude. I had to read this long agreement on the screen that feltlike it almost felt like a contract and I have a learning disability and plus I've never gotten used to going that fast and it just seems so complicated. So it took me a long time to read it.Then while I'm reading before I sign something on the screen he's talking to me and I am not able to get information with him talking and trying to read that. My brain just can't do that. So I mentioned him if he could wait until I finish reading this and then he said something condescending I don't remember exact words but with a very condescending voice he said why don't you listen to what I say and then read it? But just so impatiently and condescending. I mentioned to him that since we're in different generations that I grew up when things were much slower and the fast pace and all the information I have to read is very difficult for me.He proceeded to try to have an argue with him and with me in regards to what I said he says it's not difficult you just do this you do that and I said I disagree but I don't want to have an argument. But he kept pushing the issue and would not stop arguing with me. And I didn't want to argue so I didn't. And I said I don't want to argue. He said this is not an argument this is a discussion. He wanted to be right. I said I don't want to be part of this discussion just do what you need to do so I can get out of here.Before I left I told him exactly what I thought and let him know that his condescending behavior will be reported to a supervisor. He laughed! What a brat. And I did report him, Her name is Susie and she listened to me and got all the information.Actually I'm thinking of never going to go back there again.I don't need some smart alec kid who wants to be right and wants to hold to an argument with someone that is a customer and deserves to be treated right.

I don't understand the negative reviews unless this staff is new since the fall. Very last minute (yesterday), I called to see if this location had a notary public. It did. Suzette was exceptional in every way: professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient. I had many papers for her to review related to a condo sale in FL. In no time, she identified what they were, where I needed to sign, and added an appropriate CA addendum to each. Earlier that day, I had an appt. at a local bank. The comparison was glaring. The woman there was distant, chilly, not as helpful ... told me she couldn't continued signing anything after 30 minutes, the reason I had to move on to another notary. Other staff at this shop were equally helpful and pleasant. I wish all service shops were as welcoming and efficient.

I don’t want to make assumptions but who seems like the owner of the store is hiring and I could see why. I came in for a simple print job and he said it would be $2 to access the email, and then $3 to print. He was pretty rude and very much gave off the vibe, “either pay or leave.” I couldn’t imagine being his employee. I went to the FedEx around the corner and printed my paper for $0.71 so don’t waste you time and just hit the FedEx. I like supporting UPS, but not when you’re unreasonably charging for things as simple as paper.

I arrived before the store closed at 5pm and the woman wouldn't ship my package. Terrible customer service.

Overall a convenient location for me. All the staff I've encountered are very nice and very helpful. The store is a little on the smaller side of most ups stores and it does get pretty hot in the store when waiting in a line, I think the A/C is either off or put at a minimal setting. But still overall this place gets the job done and will continue to keep going here

They don’t stock the free UPS boxes so that you have to pay for one of theirs. Angry staff. FedEx around the corner is much better.

The customer service at this location was awful. You could tell that the older gentlemen working the front desk did not want to be there. He was extremely rude and unhelpful when I came by to pick up a package. I went back on two separate occasions during the same day to pick up the package once it said it was ready to be picked up and he deliberately gave attitude and told me to "be patient" and come back in an hour. I understand that maybe he was having an overwhelming day with orders, but that is no reason to be rude to a customer. I was very kind to him but was met with a negative response back. Would not recommend using this location.

Charge crazy priced for printing one UPS shipping label to send a parcel via UPS, just go to the fedex store around the corner, they only charge 0.17usd per page;)
