I took an earring to this boutique to have a duplicate made because I lost one. They told me to wait 2-3 weeks. Three weeks later, an employee called back and said it would take another 2 months. How can such large companies conduct business so irresponsibly? I'm an entrepreneur myself, but if something goes wrong on our part, we always offer a discount (sometimes even a 100% discount). They just apologized indifferently to me, saying they couldn't change anything. That was my last visit to Tiffany. Terrible service in the premium segment.

Bought a silver picture frame here a year ago. The picture frame was defective and the glue came apart after 8 months. I came in expecting that they would offer to have it fixed free of charge due to the defect. Instead the sales person and manager were both rude to me and my pregnant wife and claimed that there was heat damage despite the fact that it sits in an air conditioned apartment. Do not waste your money here.

I love Tiffany & Co.!!! This specific location is wonderful. Torie was exceptionally helpful and had an awesome vibe. Everything came together nicely for a great holiday shopping experience ?❤️?

Walked in to do an exchange. I had something in mind and came with screenshots, they did not have what I was looking for in stock. The attendant became visibly frustrated with me when I was describing what I was looking for-a gold necklace. I’ve never experienced frustration from an attendant before at Tiffany’s. I was wearing my bracelet and earrings purchased recently from Tiffany’s so I wasn’t wasting anyone’s time shopping. When I selected the right necklace I had some length added so it had to be ordered and delivered to my home. Upon receiving it, I immediately noticed that the additional length had not been added. We had to send it back to get it adjusted properly. Never had a negative experience at Tiffany’s before until this location.

They did not have the bracelet that I wanted to purchase in store, so they said they could order it for me and it would be available in 3-5 days. I called back the next day to verify that the order had been placed because there was a discrepancy on the receipt. They reassured me that the order was entered and we would get a call in 3-5 days when it came in. A week later, I called because I hadn’t heard anything and they told me it had shipped but there was no delivery date. Another week passes and my husband called to follow up. The manager told him she doesn’t know why no one told us, but the bracelet we paid for was completely out of stock and could not be ordered in the first place. After waiting 2 weeks and talking to three other people, no one bothered to let me know that? Save yourself some time and just order online.

Tamara Liz and Ashley are the absolute gems of this Place we had an appointment with Tamara who single handedly helped me find the ring of my dreams and I didn't even know what I wanted but she guided me to the exact ring that I see my self loving forever Ashley came to check in and ask us about our wants for the present we were looking at for our god daughter which was a cute bear they didn't have it at the location but she made sure the baer was brought to this location in an hour and then Liz came in to chat with us because we were having a ball with everyone and she made sure the Bear was wrapped and put in a beautiful display for our god daughter these three queens absolutely made our experience beyond my wildest dreams they take there job very seriously but also they are just great people and fast friends even though each one of them has the capability of selling ice to an Eskimo instantly upon meeting them you read that it isn't about the sell they truly want make your experience unforgettable

My recent "Tiffany Experience" at Tiffany & Co-Santa Monica was not good!! I have been going to this location for many years and have always enjoyed the personal attention / professional service that the Client Advisors are known for.So, it was shocking to walk through the doors (couple weeks before Valentine's Day) and feel like I was walking into a library (quiet, somber, with a couple people sprinkled around). It appears that the "New Sales Management Team" terminated half their staff. The most unprofessional policy was that the Client Advisors that were terminated did not have the opportunity to transition their Client base to another Client Advisor to maintain continuity.-The "New Management Team" at Tiffany & Co - Santa Monica does not appreciate the Clients and Client Advisors loyalty to the store or the the brand. I hope to find another Tiffany & Co store that treats their Client and Client Advisors with respect , dignity, and appreciation.

Thank you for making a hard time bearable with my memorial bracelet. My shopping assistant was great and even tho I was a mess that day and I hadn’t had a manicure I was treated like a queen. When I’m ready for my 2 carat I’ll be back! I wish I could remember her name.. I will edit to include it if I can remember. She had a golden heart. (Pun intended)

All I could say is don't ever come here to the Tiffany co in Santa Monica! The worst experience in the world! I bought my wife a heart pendant necklace for Christmas and come to find out she already had one, so I came to return it with all of the receipts and gift receipt. The necklace was never worn let alone not even taken out of the bag! They will not take it back because there is a little smudge on the picture attached. I asked to speak to someone in upper management and there's no contact that they are able to provide. Since it's not in supposedly in sellable condition they can't give me my money back but they are willing to give me a credit card with store credit and now take it back! WOW! we have been buying Tiffany & co for a long time and now you guys have lost a good customer due to horrible customer service and lack of experience with the so called new manger here at the Santa Monica lactation.

I came over from Australia on a holiday in June this year. I went into the Tiffany in Santa Monica and had a great experience. Austin looked after me and my friend so well. A truely great experience. Sorry it’s taken so long to write this. ☺️

The worst Tiffany experience I've ever had. I called the store to find out if the specific earrings are available, and a woman confirmed that they have them in the store. I came within 30min to find out that their system is not working, they can't accept any card, and they experience the issue for many hours already. No one told me over the phone about that so I wouldn't waste my time. An associate took my credit card, and my id and went to the back office "to fix" the issue with the system, that's what I was told. 30 minutes passed, and no results. They didn't know when they will be able to charge my card, and how to fix the mess. A woman told me that they are gonna contact me later, and no one ever got back to me. Very unprofessional!

Disappointed! The service I received online was head and shoulders above the service my wife and I received in store today. Unfortunately the purchase I made online for my wife's birthday had a flaw but I was confident we could visit the Santa Monica store and receive service. From the "lack luster" greeting at the front door to the "your wasting my time" customer service from the store representative, we have never been more insulted in our lives! The store representative treated us as if we had found or stolen the jewelry and left us sitting for an extended period of time before returning to help us. I could not believe our in store experience and expected more from the Tiffany brand. We have purchased jewelry from Tiffany before but this was our first time at the Santa Monica location and it will be our last!! It's not worth adding what my wife and I do for a living because treating a customer with value should not depend on status, looks or title.
