I own a 2001 Toyota Mr2 Spyder manual and I got a bad jump which is why I brought my car in. It was a pleasurable experience setting up my appointment and when I dropped my car off Immanuel gave me premium customer service! He helped me better understand the Toyota process and I rest assured my car was in good hands. Thank you Immanuel and the whole team I definitely recommend this location and I'll be back!

Recently we went to Toyota of Santa Monica.. We were just looking at small commuter used cars. We worked with Ray who is an excellent sales person, and Gene help help us with finance. We ended up with a 2024 Toyota Corolla. Thank you both for all your help, and the great customer service. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. I will definitely be back when we need another car!

Leased a vehicle that has a defective Bluetooth system. Requested sales team to Make a reasonable deal for me to return vehicle and start a new lease. Santa Monica Toyota completely refused to help make a deal despite the vehicle having a software vs hardware malfunction. Would not recommend this dealership as my brand-new car is not working properly and the dealer is NOT willing to help a customer that has leased their 4th (3-year lease) in a row with Toyota.

Dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change, tire rotation and coolant exchange. After being told my car was no longer under warranty I said I'll go to Valvoline. They said no they will price match since I was already there. I've waited for 4 HOURS AND still DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK. I complained to the Manager and got a refund however...Once, I got my car back the air was on over 80 degrees, the sticker was still old. The maintenance warning was still on AND THE COOLANT WAS SHOWING HOT. It's like nothing was done

I bought a used 2019 car from them. A few months later the engine blew. I realize now I might have been scammed. It almost seems like they buy broken cars, put bandaids on them and then resell them at full price. Not even an apology from owner Mike Sullivan after speaking with him. He probably is too busy counting all his money while he ruins peoples lives. I'll only be buying from Carmax in the future. I hope places like this all go out of business.

This place is something else!!Every department sucks. I bought a brand new $55k Toyota 2 years ago, They lost my deal over $500. Ended up driving to the valley and getting a better deal on top of the $500.The car had issues, took it to Santa Monica Toyota 3 times, Service department was no Help! They made me feel terrible about wanting my car fixed mainly because they werent trained correctly to find the issue. Needed a part for it, called the parts department today, They were so rude that Im driving to the valley tomorrow to buy it from a different dealer!Awful Place, Awful Staff!Stay Away!

I was in a car accident recently and my car was totaled so I was in urgent need of another car. My boyfriend and I randomly stumbled upon this Toyota dealership in Santa Monica and were immediately greeted by Ray, one of the sales associates in the first few seconds. We got a good vibe straight away as he was very personable, funny, friendly, listened to our needs and wasted no time in trying to get us a few cars to test drive. It never felt salesy or scammy, and he was incredibly nice to me (because as we know some dealers can be condescending with women)I was after a certified pre owned rav 4, but with the way Toyotas hold their value, even the pre owned ravs were a little out of my budget sadly. My boyfriend however fell in love with one of them and bought it that same day. Ray and the manager stayed way past closing just to get the sale done and they did it with great energy despite being tired from a long day. When we came back the next day to check in on their new certified inventory for me, everyone treated us so well, we were welcomed, offered coffee and water, they washed my bfs car (since everyone had left and couldn't wash it the night before) , and Ray got to work on numbers for different vehicles, gave me keys to drive a few different cars. As much as I loved the rav 4s, they were simply a little expensive for me this time around. However when I am in a different position in future I'd happily come back to this dealership and buy from RayI'm not sure about the service dept, because we haven't needed them yet, so I'll update my review once my bf goes for his service.

First, it’s taken 7th months to get the second key fob. Second, even with an appointment, you’re just left waiting outside with little acknowledgement that someone is coming to help you. Third, the second key fob shipped to the store was broken. Finally would not recommend Toyota or this service location.

Worst dealer ship you can buy from.Rush you to do paper work just to get a sale and they don't notify you completely about the car.They are nice at first but then ignore you after. I decided to get a car and it was damaged and they couldn't do anything about it . Now I'm trying to give it back and they turned me down I was not notified this car was not in any accident nor AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALLLLLLL COST THEY SCAM YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.Trust me it's not just one person that is telling you it's multiple this dealer ship is money hungry.

They took over 4 hours and did zero repairs. They were friendly, but it didn't make sense to keep a car that long when no repairs were done, and I had an appointment. I didn't just drive in.
