Absolutely a rip-off. Their shipping rates internationally are marked up at least 100%. I shipped a package here with a cost of $600. I later checked what their website provided for the same rate and it was $290, and various websites were offering $120. They say that this is a necessary cost for running their office, what a scam, will never use their services again.

The team at this location is exceptional. They are very pleasant, professional, and their customer care is outstanding. I do all of my UPS shipments, notaries, and office functions at this location and they’re always welcoming.

Such a disappointment. After many years of patronizing this business I am looking for a new ups store as my go to. The last several times I have been in to this location with Amazon returns. I have gotten the feeling from the employees that it is more of a hassle for them to deal with Amazon returns than worthwhile. Most recently I had to print a label for the first time rather than use a QR code and was told by the owner of this UPS store location that charges $2.50 to receive an email and .29 to print it. The message that sends to me is that there is such a lack of customer appreciation that the inconvenience of checking an email is valued at approximately $150/an hour for him. Buh bye

This is my neighborhood UPS and I could not be more grateful. The people who work here have consistently been very kind, helpful, and efficient every time I have come in. Parking is a breeze in the back lot as well. Thank you to the wonderful team here!

I’ve been to a lot of UPS stores… Have a box at one but was in the area so stopped by here. The owner was extremely condescending, unhelpful and rude and I was literally only dealing with returns with labels attached. As I was leaving I could not believe how he was talking to another customer.

The staff were professional and service offerings were diverse.
I wish I was informed that scanning service was charged per page, not per document. I would have opted to manually scan my documents using a phone app.

I never have trouble parking in the back and when there are a lot of people the workers work very fast and efficiently. I appreciate the 6:30 closing time on weekdays
