Had to work with these guys to help a customer get a dire, life saving package to the recipient. Worst, most impolite staff ever. At least the man is. As the customer was actively crying through the phone he tells her “I don’t work for you” and that, in order for her to get the live saving package where it needs to go, she “has to pay (him) an extra $10”. How can somebody be so heartless? Honestly shocking.Worst part? The package was overnight shipping and he was about to let it take an extra day. Some UPS stores just don’t care.

Rude, obnoxious and insulting. And this was the owner, an older man with an accent. I would stay away from this place. The other reviews confirm this.Customer service is what it is all about. He has none. Do yourself a favor and find another store or use Fed Ex down the street. I would have given it a zero if I could have. Life is too short to deal with people like this.

We've heard the news! This owner bans African American customers from their Santa Monica location. Complaints MUST be reported to the Department of Justice. And this business must be protested against.

I'm sure this location does a fine job with traditional shipping and mailing services. That said, you may want to find another location for Amazon returns that require printing. As is his right, the owner has decided to charge 2USD to receive the email from Amazon. Then, on top of that, the usual, customary fee to print the email. My comment to him was "I guess the operational cost of receiving an email has increased significantly", to which he respectfully replied that he advised me beforehand (in fairness, he did: however, I misunderstood based on the ridiculousness of the logic). Be aware that other locations charge a flat fee of 1USD per transaction vs 2.40USD for the same, and decide accordingly. And, best wishes to the owner: these are franchisee locations and being an entrepreneur is very hard work!!! Update: just after posting, I read many other reviews and now see this is a much bigger issue. Proceed with caution.

Terrible and rude. Wouldn't take an Amazon package saying I needed a box when the Amazon instructions clearly said no box needed. Would've been no big deal, but the rudeness and finger pointing was out of control. No effort to try to explain or solve a problem - just telling me I was wrong. Went down to the UPS store on 13th and Wilshire and they scanned the items and took them, all smiles and no boxes required. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these miserable folks.

No parking. If you are disabled you'll need to go elsewhere. No ramps, no rails and the only parking is not achievable for disabled people.
