Love USBank! Hate this branch! Been a USBANK customer for 14 years! Apparently premium or our platinum checking or whatever you have it doesn't matter at this branch: I come in at 4:30 PM they close at five. I asked for $40 in quarters and can't even give it to me. She says They don't have $40 in quarters, I said come you are the bank. and then she's like oh I do have it just not for you. I need to save it for somebody else, I'm a little shocked. I was like it's Friday and you are closed tomorrow and iuou close on 30 minutes, she says either way I don't have quarters for you. And proceeds to say are you even a client here? horrible horrible, horrible experience she has some self entitlement on her and yes I'm writing this on my side. I have self entitlement because I am a clients you are supposed to be helping me.

Garbage bank. Poor service and especially bad for small businesses. I would recommend avoiding these people when it comes to your business of any type. Terrible service, awful communication by their business representative and plain bad.

I transitioned to US Bank from Union Bank, and was very pleased with my first interaction at this branch. I came in with a list of questions, and Judith was so friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I opened up a new account to take advantage of the current incentives, and asked her a few questions about my new accounts. Judith answered all of them thoroughly and was so kind and personable. Would highly recommend this bank and Judith. Thanks!

I went into this branch to deposit an insurance check and cash and ended up being racially profiled and provided unprofessional banking services by a young teller, Jacqueline, who refused to deposit the check and cash I had. She had me wait in the lobby while she gossiped on the phone about my desire to purchase a new car with the funds instead of verifying the check in a timely manner. Her manager Jason Wiles was of no assistance and after speaking to him I wasn't surprised at all why his staff seemed immature, unprofessional, and uneducated. The other Yelp reviews about this branch explains it. If you go to this branch you will be serviced by inept, racist, and immature tellers that are poorly trained and ignorant. "Banking While Black" is a real thing and the only way to resolve it is by filing civil suits and making the banks pay settlements, report them to the news media by exposing their heinous acts, and by filing formal complaints to the Federal Reserve, OCC, and BBB. Beware of this branch because the people who work there such as Jacqueline, Carolyn, and Jason Wiles do not comply with laws and regulations to service people of all colors and are BAD NEWS!

Joel Ramos is an ultimate professional banker. I would highly recommend using U.S. Bank for all your banking needs. Joel is knowledgeable and very patient with his customers. My husband and I had banking needs and Joel exceeded our needs and expectations. We have our major banking accounts, savings and our security box at this bank, mainly because of Joel. I would use U.S. Bank for all your banking needs.

i would like to acknowledge the assistance i received from two exemplary employees at this santa monica branch on october 18, 2019. they are (1) Raquel Henrique, Branch Manager, and (2) Pierre Chustz, Personal Banker. i am an officer (nonpaying) of a small NGO which has its only bank account at this branch. multiple 800 number calls were getting me nowhere in solving this bureaucratic hurdle which urgently required a resolution. Pierre and Raquel stayed after the 5p closing time in order to COMPLETELY resolve my issue. it is important that the management team at US Bank knows of their good work.

Worst bank ever! They online applications are sub par and this branch isn't a real bank. We signed up bc they had signing bonus. Never received but it's not worth the service and the stress!

I deposited a check into ATM at bank on 33rd and pico, then tried to withdraw some cash and the machine sputtered for a minute but No cash came out and a red Screen said See Bank teller, I went into bank and they said it gave out cash but then Reversed it, then gave it out again, How can a Machine Reverse cash it gave out ? and No paper receipt. I filed an Inquiry . 2 Weeks later the Problem is Resolved and I am Happy once more, Thanx US Bank
