If there was an option to give this branch zero stars I would. I have come in several times over the years and every time is a disappointment and a customer service nightmare. They do not follow the US bank guidelines and their new manger creates his own rules.

The worst customer service ever. I had an appointment at 4 PM to open a new account. I am an existing customer I needed to open a joint account with or a relative whose mother had just passed away and I was taking care of of the estate. When we walked in they did not greet us they just stared at us wondering what we were there for I walked up to the window and told one of the tellers I had an appointment. They got another teller who asked what I wanted. I answered again that we have an appointment to open a new account. This teller proceeded to tell me that it was too late to open an account that the banker had gone home and then I need an appointment to open a new account. I told them I have an appointment and showed them my phone. then he asked what branch and I answered this one. Then he asked me what kind of account and I told him a joint checking account. They told us to have a seat and someone will come out. A few minutes later a banker came out the one who had allegedly got home a few minutes earlier. We had all her identification out she had a expired license and an interim license from the DMV and her Social Security card. The banker looked at all it told us he needed to check some thing went back behind the counter came back a few minutes later and told us that an intern license wasn't valid and that she'd have to wait till she got her replacement license. So they lied and told me that they didn't see my appointment, they lied and said the banker wasn't there, then they lied and said that they don't take interim licenses from the DMV. My cousin is half African-American and I am positive they were racially profiled. What a disgusting company and horrible way to treat a young woman whose mother just passed away and who has no other family to help her.

Totally unwilling to help. I'm an officer of a private organization and even after verification, they said policy wouldn't allow them to release bank statements for a closed account. They would only release them to an old officer, someone who no longer has banking rights with the organization. They claim it's for security reasons, but this makes me even more concerned for security of my accounts---can all old officers who no longer hold authority with the org still access bank information?Will be looking into other banks. Would not suggest ever using US bank for business purposes.

US Bank resolved issue I had with ATM falsely stating I received cash but I did not. Within 2 weeks the problem was Rectified and my account credited after an Inquiry. Thanx US BANK .

By far the worst bank I have ever been to specifically, the branch manger Roya. She is uninformed and curses at customers. I heard her tell someone to shut the f up today. Avoid this branch at all cost, she should be fired

The staff here is always fast and friendly. I do enjoy the Western Union service as well. It is very convenient to have a safe place to send and receive money.

Just had a genuinely sour experience with a teller named Luis Vasquez. The entire course of the transaction I seemed to be a burden to him. Never cracked a smile, never looked me in the eyes. Didn't offer me an envelope, nor did he hand me my receipt. If human interaction isn't your thing, seeking a job that doesn't involve customer service may be a better route for you.

This bank has got to be the worst. They have 6 teller windows with one teller. 1 cash counting machine across the room. They remodeled and now have 6 desks for the "suits", but no one would answer the phone when I called 8 times. I then drove down to the branch and there were no customers. Employee Francisco said they were busy. Yeah, just talking to each other. Do yourself a favor and go to Chase or Bank of America where they have many tellers, many cash counting machines and some people skills....they even answer the phone!!
