After sending many emails, they replied back and refunded.
Original review: STAY AWAY!! Highly unethical company with very bad business practice. If they FINALLY refund me for the order they cannot fulfill, then i'll change this review, but in the meantime this stays.
Placed an order. After over a week finally sent them an email. Sent them two more, which finally got a response basically (summarizing) 'they don't have the product in stock and if and when they get it they will ship it to me.' I requested a refund as I needed the supplement now, not sometime in the unknown future. I have sent over 20 emails with 0 response. I'll be calling them nonstop on Monday for a refund and if worse case scenario I'll fill a claim with my CC. PLEASE heed the warning of others and STAY AWAY!!”
