Love this store, been coming here for years. But what im not understanding is why we have two lines at the self checkout area. It doesnt really make sense and all it does is cause confusion and issues amongst other customers. It should be one line that way its fair to who got in line first. Why would you make someone wait longer that got there first and allow someone else to just walk right up from the other side, makes no sense !

I shopped at 1133 am on May 12, 2024 and I purchased T-Bone Steak that stated on the package, packed on May 11th, sell through May 15th. I unpacked the meat and it was Brown! I called the store and the store director, Valente Valencia said that meat always turns brown when one piece of meat touches each other. This is absurd!

Large supermarket with a variety of products. Correct employees but at certain hours you see very strange people.

A well stocked main-stream supermarket in a neighborhood filled with high-end speciality food retailers. There is ample parking and it really is the only place around where you can buy supermarket basics at reasonable prices. From the security guard to cashiers, the entire team is really unfriendly. It seems as if they are all overworked and exhausted. When an entire store is like this, one has to consider that the problem is very likely to be a result of poor corporate policy and store management. I actually feel badly for the folks working at this store.

rude and negligent attitude towards the buyer, starting from the employees and the manager, including the toilet not working, they answer the request rudely and deceive at the checkout, be vigilant

The service is wack, and the management needs training on services. I hate going to this location.. even though this location is one block from where I live, I usually go to Ralph on Cloverfield a couple of miles, which is quality service and a great atmosphere.

I've been going to this Vons for year's and recently had a good experience with Christina who introduced me to the Vons app, and the Weds and Friday specials - which I usually never paid attention to. I have the Pavillions app, and thought it was the same for Vons. Christina explained the app and how it works and I really appreciate the extra time and quality of her service. The store itself is fine. Most to all the staff are friendly and helpful. Stuff is 85% in stock at most times.The reason for docking 1 1/2 stars to 2 stars.1) Many customers (but not all) are rude and inconsiderate. Some will push by you with or without a cart and they won’t say anything. Others will block the whole aisle and if you say something they will ignore you or look at you with a disgusted look.2) After 5pm or 6pm and sometimes before 9am the flower department has no one on duty. Myself a few times and other customers on multiple occasions wanted to buy some flowers (especially behind the counter) and there’s no one out there at those specific times. Even going into the store to see if someone would help and they don’t feel like coming out to help. Would be great to have an extra couple of employees in the flower department from opening to 9-10am and from 5-6pm until closing or have someone that is standing around inside come out and help for a minute. The staff that’s normally in the flower department during the day are nice and friendly which is great and give them an A+++.
