Slowest smelliest bank I've ever been in. I've been to cleaner junk yards. It's like the indoor version of an alley behind promenade. 5 tellers 3 bankers but work through one teller with 5 person line....

Pleasant experience when I opened my secondary account today. This is by far the BEST Wells Fargo I've ever been in. I wish I could remember the bankers name but I don't. She was so helpful and patient with my son and I. At one point I couldn't believe how fantastic the customer service was....lol... I definitely recommend this branch to anyone who wants to do business with Wells Fargo. Bravo Zulu Wells Fargo!

I came in to meet with an associate about opening an IRA account. To add context, I'm a female that works as a Director of Finance with a background in Accounting and Finance. I wanted to better understand my options for opening an IRA account, as I've typically only invested with employer run retirement accounts. I was told the investment accounts are self driven and I would need to pick the investments on my own, which I said I'm fine with. But then the associate asked if my husband would be able to help me choose my investments. I was shocked and offended that was even suggested. Especially since there was no context about my husband's background, other than he is a man, so I guess that would mean that he obviously would know more about choosing investments than I would...?

I came to this Wells Fargo and I definitely have mixed feelings about it. They definitely have the social distancing concept but somewhat confusing. They had 3 tellers open and two lines. No one was informing people how or who would be next, just get in line and hope you get called. However, Thanks to Ayinde today this bank gets a 5 start. He was so professional and respectful honestly it's rare to see this at a bank as most Banks I've gone to they have teller that are having side conversations or on their phone (chase in 7th and Wilshire). But not here not with Ayinde. Thank you Ayinde keep on that great work and thank you for giving me a reason to bump up these starts.

I went to this branch twice and no banker was sitting at a desk and I could not sign up for Wells Fargo Online. Two female bank tellers told me to do it on my own at home (one said to put in my SSN or account number and second one said that she can't help me and that I should use the computer or laptop to sign up) but when I did do it, the result is the same. Online can't verify me! I would give at least 4 stars but I am still not happy with this. I live with parents so I don't have the time to call the number that is provided for me! I would head to the one near my house but I rather head here so I'm away from parents. I am disappointed! I want them to call my smartphone not my home! If you need to talk to me personally, then use my cellphone number; don't call me using my home phone number. I'm a grown woman and living with parents so calling home is not a good idea! In the future, always call my cellphone and if I don't pick up, leave a message. Don't ever call me on my home phone: NEVER!!!!!!!

Diego is a wonderful honest person and a huge asset to this company. He treated us wonderfully and makes me want to continue banking here. He could not be nicer. You are lucky to have him.

This branch is a joke. I went to open an account for my daughter, the first time they told me that I need her birth certificate and social security card which I didn't have on me. I go back today by myself and another guy told me that she has to be president since she is 14 and they only need her student ID. I think employees make up rules since they don't know any better.

The teller wouldn't give me change for $100 because I didn't have an atm card. It's a bank...

Hurry Hurry Hurry get out the door!! These guyfail to remember who built the institution of business. It wasn't built on the ever growing idea if we hire them younger and more hair product Wells Fargo makes more money. Don't ever assume the youngster at Wells Fargo is going to do anything that pushes your day into the light. They're more concerned with their Vans or "it gettin LIT.!" Mr. Sam Morales please learn how to approach an customer counting a considerable amount of cash and implying him to "hurry." You dont not understand the fine Wells Fargo recently paid. And sadly you have no idea what I'm referring to.

Just walked in to update my contact info and the nicest banker assisted me- Darquez Pearson went above & beyond what I needed. This high level of service reminds me how important it is to interact with people for business- no app could do what he did!

Terrible customer service. I came in real quick to deposit money and the security guard said, "Gotta take those sun glasses off boss," as I walked by with attitude. I have to wear sunglasses in bright light I have a prescription. I called the manager and he said that it was standard but I go to the Venice and Marina Del Rey branch ever month for seven years and I have never heard that. He then told me it's because they get robbed, not even making this up every week. He said it was fine because the airport does it and that you can't wear hoodies, sun glasses, or anything like that because you look like a criminal and conceal your identity. I told him I was Marine Corps infantry vet andI was dressed nicely in dress work clothes. So what now everyone who wears glasses had to remove them? This is ridiculous domineering behavior that doesn't belong in a respectable business. If something is not done about this Wells Fargo will lose my business may be I will sue, and I will tell everyone I meet how this company treats its vets.

I came to eat a money order and asked if my teller knew where a fed ex was, or at least a place I could make copies. She volunteered to make the copies I needed. I wish I remembered her name because she was super nice and quick! Thanks for making my life easier!

They have poor customer service and poor expediting of the line. I'm currently standing in line with a about 10ppl behind me waiting too and there are about 4-5 employees who are not doing anything and just looking as all of us waiting.
