This bank is great, and I was inspired to write this review after I had such a wonderful experience with a very kind bank teller named Linda. She was so helpful and patient, and I really appreciated my interaction with her.

Wells Fargo discriminates against minorities and issues credit cards to identity thieves.

WORST PARKING! They've recently changed their parking system and now you're basically out of luck if you go over the allotted 15 min window you have to park, endorse your checks and battle with their ATM which doesn't seem to like a lot of bills or checks. Plus you have to re-insert the card for each different transaction. Anyhow, they've become very stingy with the validations here which they should've let me know before I did all my business. Definitely taking my banking to a less complicated branch.

If all signs posted day wear a mask, can all tellers please wear one too? Not only was I served by a non masked teller, the customer in front of me pulled his off in the bank. In a place where dealing with a teller is in close proximity, I would appreciate that my safety and there's is priority.Only one teller did not wear one, and that was the one that served me.

Ok -it may seem weird to review a bank but yesterday we had to remove and add names to our accounts due to death in the family. We dealt with Adam A, one of the bankers, and he was so wonderful that the experience ended up as a super positive one. He made us feel great about taking care of things and talked to us in a genuinely empathetic manner. Bravo Adam A for great customer service and making us feel cared about and smart! Plus we were in and out in 30 minutes! #greatcustomerservice

Nice people but absolutely clueless. I presented a check to be cashed with my ID. Since my ID expired on my birthday I had Renewal form from the DMV. I explained it takes 7 to 10 days to get a new license and this is just as good according to the DMV.They told me they cannot except it is valid ID? Since I worked at a bank previously and the procedures clearly allow you to use it I was disappointed. It took three tellers and a manager who are all very clueless. That's why I bank with the credit union. Much better customer service.

My mom deposited a check inside and found out some of the amount was missing from her account. She doesn't speak English so she asked for a teller that spoke Spanish. When they were talking, the manager came by (a white man) and mumbled something to the teller as if he was asking her to stop speaking Spanish. My mom was then given a phone number to call by the teller and when she called they said there was no one available to speak Spanish. She was then given another number (the main managers I'm assuming) and my mom called, no one answered so she left a voicemail. No one got back to her. Its been about two weeks and my mom still does not have her money. This is blatant discrimination against a Spanish speaker.

I am completely appalled and shocked. I have banked at this location numerous times and have been treated kindly. This particular Thursday afternoon that was not the case. I walked up to the lovely teller, who was kind and genuine and informed her that I needed a $10 money order and that I had lost my wallet. She apologized, and I informed her that I had a photo ID but it wasn't the one on my account. With out even being invited into the transaction a manager swept himself in and pushed her to the side as if she didn't exist. Clearly the fact that I had lost my wallet and had a different ID on file, triggered this person to jump in. I complied like any person should, but when the questions started getting intrusive it made me realize this situation had become a situation based on my race. He immediately stated that there would be extra security questions due to the fact that I didn't have my card. I told him I had a valid ID, he said he needed my PIN number. I entered my PIN number and yet that didn't suffice on top of my Out of State driver license. He then asked me to verify my home address which I did, and yet to allow me to withdraw $10 he stated that still wasn't enough information. He then asked for my last transaction. I told him I didn't remember and he said this was protocol. I have never felt so targeted because of my race. I was completely shocked, he knew he was out of line and then offered to waive my money order fee. I will never enter this Wells Fargo again. Such a racist manager running this place, it's a shame. Transaction Date 10/26/18

WF is the worst bank and the people at this is the branch are the absolute worst. First they lied and told me they would refi my mortgage after 5 years. Then they pulled my line of credit and tried to foreclose on me. I found another bank. These people are not to be trusted

I don't have an account with Wells Fargo, and I've only come here 3 times, but each time the people at the counter were either very clearly annoyed by my request or completely rude and condescending to me. Make sure you understand all the banking rules if you're coming here because they will be annoyed with you if you misunderstand or don't know something. :-(

Awful. Do not bank at this branch. Sloooow plus nit very friendly.. i have never had a bad experience at any Chase Bank as i am a Chase Bank customer. Unfort i have to find a decent Wells Fargo Branch to open account. But dont use this one. Parking a mess and branch doesn't seem to care about customers and take loong time doing things here. O

Avoid this bank like the plague, Over the years two mistakes were made by this bank, but immediately Wells Fargo blamed myself, not the bank, if I did not have paperwork to back myself up, I would have been screwed. Just recently had some paperwork for a final transaction, I requested the banks signature on my copy of the paperwork for my records, The tall geeky manager completely refused, and snapped "we no longer do that, You'll get a receipt." then immediately walked away from me. Talk about avoiding any responsibility, I imagine he should go far in such a company as Wells Fargo with so many scandals. I had always been under the impression that this branch is a training ground, very fast employee turnover and too many mistakes, as well as there is always a helicopter manager hovering behind the tellers. Can thankfully say I will no longer have any business with this branch and Wells Fargo in general. Who wants to deal a company that gets so many negative headlines in the news. You vote with your dollar every day and that includes where you decide to do your banking. If I could leave less than one star I would, but I'm sure when Yelp was originally designed, they did have Wells Fargo in mind.
