Before the COVID hit, there used to be different membership rates for membership “levels” rather than just ONE fee for everybody like Culver City & WLA.

This place has gone to h@ll since they lost Phyllis!! Rachel , Cindy and Grace are rude and unprofessional. It will never be the same. They are awful now.
