We found out that we paid for an item, but didn't get it. Can't call because the phone number isn't listed on either gas or in store receipt.

Clean, well kept and well stocked store …. Clean Bathroom …. Del Taco in the building . The staff is really friendly. Especially the cashier “Lidia” is super nice and helpful. Will definitely come back.

Customer Complaint On 8/10/2022 our two daughters went into your "Rocket" establishment located at 55 Hallock Dr. in Santa Paula, CA to purchase drinks and candy. One of our daughters (age 20) was rung up by your employee Chris (The Assistant Manager), and our minor daughter (age 17) went to the self checkout line to pay for her items. After paying for her items, our minor daughter (who finished checking out first) waited for her older sister to finish checking out. After checkout they both proceeded to exit the building. After putting their items in the car, Chris (the Assistant Manager) appeared in front of the double doors and proceeded to take pictures of our daughter's vehicle and their person through the window. They were both visibly upset by this behavior, and one emotionally triggered due to a prior stalking incident. Our oldest daughter (age 20) went back inside the store to ask why he was taking pictures of them. Chris then stated, "I'm going to call the police because you were stealing."After being threatened our minor daughter (age 17) told him that she had her receipt and proceeded to present it. After showing the receipt both young ladies, visibly upset, asked your manager Chris why he was taking pictures of them and why he accused them of stealing. Chris replied, "this is our company policy to take pictures of customers if we feel like they are stealing." Chris (the Assistant Manager) started shouting at my oldest daughter when she questioned him about his actions and the pictures, and again he repeatedly kept stating this was company policy. He showed no remorse for his inappropriate and discriminatory behavior, and never once issued an apology. Our two daughters, one being a minor (age 17) were illegally photographed, and falsely accused by your employee in the name of the "Rocket" establishment. This is of great concern as parents, and this predatory behavior is completely unacceptable. Upon the arrival of myself, Mr. Williams (father to both young ladies), Chris (the Assistant Manager) reiterated that his behavior was compliant with company policy. Our daughters were nervous, frustrated, embarrassed, racially profiled, and completely disrespected. As frequent customers and loyalty card holders of your establishment we are beyond upset with how our daughters were treated. No one should ever be treated in this manner. We are an African American family, and members of the local Santa Paula community, and we will not tolerate this level of unwarranted disrespect. We are taking it upon ourselves as a family to make everyone possible aware, and make this information public knowledge so no other child, and no other parent should be subjected to this level of discrimination. We would like to see this company policy that your employee adhered to in writing, and would appreciate correspondence from the Rocket establishment as soon as possible.

Today we went to the gas station ... three people working they were so confused and so slow a guy prepaid 89$ for gas and someone stole it.the ladies were so so so so so so slow by the time he got to the front of the line to tell them it was the wrong pump... the older lady said "that's your fault your bad" to the gentleman's and proceed to try to teach the cashier who messed it how she would have done it but didn't. The guy was out42 dollar and three employees like I don't care! Don't go here if you prepay they are so slow someone obviously knows and steals gas there! Go anywhere else! Just RUN
