Last Thursday 3/28, I had to travel very far (7hr) back home and I came in the store to grab a water bottle and energy drink. The total was probably around $7.22, but I gave $20.22 (probably not exactly the cent but the dollars was correct). That would be $13 change BUT I needed to pump gas so I told her I need to pump gas too. So I told her if she could include my other $20. Overall, I gave her $33. She even repeated, “Yes, $33” before I left. When I went to go pump, it stopped at $32 (short a $1). To be sure I went back to ask her, if it was $33. She said, “no, it’s $32”. I was like, “Really? I thought it was $33”. She said, “No, it’s $32”.
I understand it was only $1, but that dollar for gas could have make a difference to my gas as I was traveling far. A great customer service would have been, “oh, I’m sorry let me double check that for you”. If I could get that dollar back, yes, I would love it back. BUT please make aware of your worker of what she did. Some will say it’s just a dollar but for a struggling person and GAS, it matters.

Girl at register expects you to read her mind or something , she didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt or not which is fine but I didn't even know she was done ringing me up because she didn't say anything , bad customer service

They have the cheapest cigarettes and they staff is always so super plesent!! I drive from ventura to get my smokes and sometimes gas. Its a very clean station and they have face masks!!

I'd give it a five but the machines never work the icee machine hasn't worked in years but the customer service is absolutely amazing! The store has been so much cleaner in this past few months. This has become my morning stop for coffee, gas and snacks.
