I did not have a pleasant experience with this place at all. The costumer service is terrible. I went in asking questions and none of them were helpful. I have to put stuff back at checkout bc of the price and they just kept looking at me and laughed. I felt very judged and uncomfortable. The pieces there are beautiful but to expensive. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again.

Cute shop! Walked in looking for a cobalt blue ring but didn't find it. Great customer service though .. greeted as soon as we walked in by who I believe is the owner. Price are a bit up there but seems like a lot of stuff is handmade. They've been in business for 20 years so that says a lot!!!

Betty Belts is always amazing! They have great customer service, and if anything purchased from there brakes, they are always willing to fix it. This is where I always can find a gift for my wife that I know she will love. They have a great selection of sea glass earrings, rings, pendants, etc, as well as beach themed photos, and clothing. I highly recommend this shop!

Obsesseddddddddd! Today was my first time at Betty Belts and it was so great. I was helped by this awesome girl Ava, who really helped me figure out my stacks and ring sizes. Rings are so beautiful and affordable. Looking forward to expanding my Betty Belts jewelry collection :)

Careful, because this place can become an addiction quickly! Lucky to have this great shop in town as their jewelry is an abstract variety of designs. While the shop has some big price tags, you are truly paying for not only a beautiful piece of sea glass, but the process of the art as well. Check out the Hoale boy collection for sure if you're an animal lover like me!! Donna & her staff are so welcoming and really help you on your sea glass jewelry buy. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!

Betty Belts is my wife's favorite jewelry shop in Ventura. Now that we're separated and temporarily living apart, Betty Belts has become part of my plan to win back her love through a series of heroic, practical and subtly romantic gestures. I'm now able to perform up to eight push ups (though not yet in a row), I've secured a temporary/full-time job, and I saved enough money from discontinuing my David Hasselhoff fan club membership and forgoing a trip to the triennial Der Hasselhoff convention in Dusseldorf, Germany to buy her a nice gift. Betty Belts is a clever mix of ocean-inspired creativity, thoughtful recycling and sustainable beauty. The owner, Donna, scours the earth for sea glass and uses other 'green' materials to create a unique and varied collection of bespoke jewelry. The natural beauty of the sea glass results in jewelry pieces that you simply will not find elsewhere. I'm not a particularly attractive man and was quite shy when I met my beautiful wife nearly three decades ago, yet I convinced her of our love within six months of our first meeting. My approach to romance was much like that of an errant plastic grocery bag that one might see in the roadway. The mysterious and ephemeral grocery bag is buffeted, rises and falls as you rapidly approach it on a crowded highway but, for reasons you cannot explain, you dare not veer from your path or look away. Ultimately, that bag ends up stuck to your bumper or welded to your undercarriage for the next fifty miles. In addition to re-implementing my now 30-year-old grocery bag technique, and improving my romantic metaphors, I've been trying to understand how I can support my wife during the next phase of our lives. Betty Belts is a good place to start, because Betty Belts is in your corner to support you in personal gifting, romantic overtures, or even a bit of self-gifted and sustainable bling. I need to take a minute to give out a shout out to my favorite small shop in Ventura. I can't say enough good things about the employees and the store owner Donna. They are all so incredibly kind and helpful. Annika, Coco, Shayla, Leila and Maddie are just a few of the girls I can think of by name that are the sweetest! Every time I walk into Betty belts I'm always greeted with smiles and assistance. If you're anything like me and customer service is important to you, then I highly recommend supporting, this lovely little shop. This year everyone on my Christmas list is getting a gift from Betty Belts because the quality of the jewelry is unmatched in my opinion. I personally own several pieces of jewelry, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and even sweatshirts. To all the lovely ladies at Betty Belts, thank you for making my shopping experience such a delight.
