I tried to support small town but I'll never come back here. The person working is RUDE. I was there to make copies of a restaurant menu. The guy is straight up fowl and disrespectful. He was all huffy and puffy when I walked in for no reason. Whenever I'd ask a question I'd get a short or smart response. He seemed bothered by my presence. He is extremely rude FOR NO REASON. Like seriously, I walked in and he like rolled his eyes when I said hello and that I was there to get copies made. Then he said he didn't have the paper I needed and it wasn't worth it for him to get it to only make 75 copies. Damn, he was just so fowl and condescending for no reason. You can just say we dont carry that stock and that's that. This guy deserves to be shut down. Hes apparently known in the community to be very rude to customers. I dont get it. I was chipper and super polite the entire time, but he was just acting like a you know what. I'll never bring business to them again.

This guy was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in the door, glancing at the clock every few minutes while i explained what I needed. Apparently he only wants big projects, which I think would be smart to advertise on his website, since as soon as I mentioned I needed 5-10 pages he scoffed and said "I don't have time for that." Incredibly disrespectful, acted like he was doing me a huge favor by listening to me at all, even though I was the only person in the store. Literally go anywhere else; I'm all for local businesses but I came into the store in a great mood and left feeling horrible.

Crane Printing is listed as a FedEx location, and you can drop your boxes off here near the front door (which is unsecured), but they won't scan your package into their system or provide a receipt. I've gotten lame excuses like "we're not hooked up to their system." Well, get hooked up! You're listed as a FedEx location on their site. Even independent FedEx locations should scan, provide a receipt, and securely store dropoffs. The UPS store up the street does this with ease. To actually get a package scanned with a receipt you need to go all the way to Ventura. Overall, the owner is friendly and never lost a package, but I don't like just leaving packages by the door without a receipt of drop off. What if someone comes in a steals a box while the owner is busy? If it's a valuable item I drive the extra miles to Ventura which is a drag.
