My Nurse Practitioner wrote me a prescription for a brand medication that is not covered by my insurance. I called this pharmacy to find out if they have the medication and the cost. They ordered it and quoted me the price. I called back to find out if they had received it and again asked them to verify the price. I then went to the pharmacy to pick up my new prescription and they charged me the quoted price for my new medication (over $200). I got home and opened the box and found out they had given me a lesser dose than prescribed. I called and they told me they couldn't refund me the amount as I had opened the box. They also refused to give me the additional doses unless I paid an additional $300. I explained this is why I had verified multiple times. The supervisor did not call me back and when I called their corporate office they also never called me back. I do not trust that we will get the correct prescriptions and I do not trust that they will charge us correctly.

I went to CVS to buy a pen but as soon as I walked in one of the workers started following me and wouldn't go away and when I was going to buy the pen they charged me for other things even though I only got one pen

My husband gets his recurring Rx’s here. This pharmacy doesn’t communicate with the doctor on refills and they give my husband the runaround on refill status when he calls, blaming the doctor office for not responding when the doctor office confirms they have provided necessary info. The pharmacy techs have attitude when they are questioned on protocol and status updates on refills. It’s a mess, just go somewhere else.

The pharmacists are very nice, however the girls that do the register are always rude! If they don't like their job.... Get another one! Apart from that, the line is always super long.

I had a terrible experience today at CVS Y Mas. The employee Dora was very rude and I literally could not comprehend how rude she was. I was just there to buy a passport photo and she literally gave a photo that was not well taken and probably said f it when in reality it wasn't even a acceptable picture you can give to the passport agencies.

Amazing customer service! As customers walk in you are greeted with, "Hi, Welcome!" and when you leave "Thank you, have a nice day/night!" They are always busy but they always have someone to help open a register or help with self check out. Letty, Sheryl, Jesus, Adriana, Leo, Dora and Alex are a great team and always helping customers. Definitely 5 star customer service!Also if you like to save money sign up for their Carepass. You can grab detergent or $10 worth of merchandise for only $5 a month.
