One of the best nail salons I’ve been to! I went on a Sunday as a walk in and there was a bit of a wait which is okay. Jon was the one who did my nails and wow I loved the way they came out! He was very attentive to what I wanted and always made sure to ask me if I liked it every time he was about to start! Will be my regular place to go to! He gave me exactly what I wanted !

Paid $60 for a deluxe pedicure I gotten deluxe before at other salons and this definitely wasn’t a deluxe on my feet but left my legs red from the burning towels and the roughness.

I loved how close this was to my home, however it’s just not worth going any longer due to how often I am having to go back to them so they could fix their mess ups. Wether it be a terrible acrylic job, not gluing the nail on right at all, miss-shaped/obviously wrong lengths, quickly chipped nail (which I understand isn’t always their fault, but seems to happen a lot with them…) along with many other flaws that frustratingly happen that cause me to go back to fix almost every single visitServices: Nail decals

One of the worst places I have ever been. I got there at 6 PM and asked them if they could do a full set for me and showed them a picture of what I wanted. They told me if I can wait for 15 minutes and then he can do my nails and I said yes. He started doing my nails at 6:15. He glued the tips in starting putting that acrylic on them through half of my hand he got up and left me there for about 30 minutes or more. Then he came back and was constantly pulling my hand. At this point I have been sitting there for two hours. when he was done putting all the acrylic and filing the nails I got one of my hands and put it on my cheek to put pressure because I just got my wisdom tooth removed. At this point I was on pain sitting there for three hours already and with him being really rude to me. I explain to them that I just got my wisdom tooth removed and I was just putting pressure on my cheek with my hand I felt really uncomfortable and I asked him to just put clear polish. Him and this other Lady said that they stayed there longer to do my nails although I have asked him in the beginning if they could and had time to do my nails. At this point I just asked them to how much it was going to be because I was gonna leave they charge me $95 for an unfinished job. And we're really rude to me. THIS SUPPOSED TO BE MY ENGAGEMENT NAILS. On the way out they told me they didn't care if I posted on yelp or google

$71 for a gel mani pedi? Plus $10 tip They cut both my toe nails and finger nails so short. Definitely feel like it was way over priced. Won't be coming back here.

I recently visited Fancy Nails 266 E Harvard Blvd, Santa Paula, CA 93060 during my visit from Texas. I'm not sure where to file a claim regarding their misrepresentation of services offered and supposed COVID-19 limitations but figured I'd leave an informed review for others. What's occurring though is that, they're charging full price for services not being rendered, while claiming that it's due to their pandemic compliance, however only mentioning so after the fact. For example, I went in for a manicure on Tuesday, May 3rd. The technician did not ask me to wash my hands, wash his at any time during my visit nor was he wearing gloves. I was behind a plexy glass and he was wearing a mask which seemed to be in compliance. Results he was inexperienced and had to start my manicure over. What would've been a brief visit turned into over 90 minutes.Having said the above, it was just gel-polish and cuticle removal. Nothing more, nothing less. When I went to pay, he charged me the full manicure price of $37. My question to them was, what does a manicure include because they did not perform the full service, i.e. hand soaking, lotioning, massage and oil. They stated that due to the pandemic they could no longer offer those services however this made zero sense since they were still charging full price. At that point, I was in disagreement and asked that I be charged just for polish. The apparent manager or possible business owner was then called and said that they could not cancel my charge but that he'd reduce the charge by handing me $7. I ultimately agreed, but only after several minutes of trying to explain that I did not receive what I'd asked for (they were unable to state what they were charging for) and asking him to calmy speak to me since he was beginning to raise his voice. He asked one of the female technicians about what had occurred and she seemingly appeared to have concurred that they were in error, while at the same time stating that they were unable to provide a full manicure service due to the pandemic, however still needed to charge full price. As I'm walking out, they yell to never return. I turned around and said ok no problem. He then yells it again and I said to him that I heard him the first time. Obviously bothered, he said it once more and I just walked away. The thing is, I'll pay full price, no problem. I'm sure that's the case with any patron. But when an establishment insisted that they were following health protocols, then either reduce the price, charge minus omitted services or be in full compliance. I would've returned had it not been for his outbursts. Completely uncalled for in my opinion is all.I'd like to add that at minimum, this business should be inspected for sanitary conditions too. I'm not stating any assumptions only that during my visit, the salon is visibly unkempt.

My experience was horrible. I went in to just get my gel manicure taken off properly, and ended up with bleeding skin next to my nails, and gel manicure not fully taken off. Also, was charged $25 when I have been charged $8 at other places. Also, the lady was on the phone the entire time and not paying attention to what she was doing. Very unprofessional place. Will never go back.Service: Gel manicure

Drive to fillmore and go city nails, so that you your cuticles won't be bleeding hours after you have left the nail shop. I asked the owner of the shop for a basic manicure, I left with six fingers bleeding still two hours later. He was so busy on the phone talking to his friend he did not pay attention to what he was doing. He apologized after I showed him my bleeding cuticles. I had to explain I need alcohol or hydrogen peroxide before you can proceed with painting my nails, i don't want an infection. Worst manicure I have ever had in my life. The worst part is I paid prior to the service because I didn't want to mess up my nails. I will never recommend fancy nails in santa paula to anyone.
