“I have been a customer of Postal Magic for 29 years. I have interacted with the owner, Norma on several occasions. Norma is overwhelmingly professional and courteous. What customers have to consider is Postal Magic is a third party entity when it comes to mailing or shipping your items. Once your item leaves Postal Magic, the efficiency of your package arriving at the destination is on the company transporting your items. Why do you think you get a tracking number from the transporting company? Dont blame Postal Magic when the USPS or UPS screws up. Norma is the best and she tries to do the right thing. Great customer service.”

From our package pick up to amazon returns or shipping things out...heck, I've even had my passport pictures taken here and had things notarized! Every single thing is done to perfection and with a smile on their faces. They have all gone above and beyond to help us with anything we could possibly need and then some.
