Not sure these folks can find their rear ends with both hands. Takes 2 to deal with swapping out a SIM card while 2 customers sit and wait for other transactions / assistance. Crazy

First attempt installer knew it all. Second attempt started out the same but upon further investigation he found the old service wires and made the connection. GREAT GUY.

Pésimo servicio la verdad no sirve para nada esta tienda vine una vez a que me ayudarán a arreglar mi Internet no me pudieron ayudar en nada vine a pagar mi vil y pésimo ni eso pueden hacer bien la verdad no lo recomiendo nada tratare de cambiarme

I was originally super excited about the new location since they installed a kiosk for payment. In and out. Some people like myself do not pay with card or like to have a card on file. Santa paula is a predominantly Hispanic community which many of the residents pay with cash. I went in on 01-05-22 and the kiosk was down. The worker stated that the kiosk would most likely be taken out of service. Such an inconvenience for the City of SP. They are more worried about selling cell phones instead of customer services. The location should have remained a Verizon store in that case.

Went in multiple times and spoke to 3 different employees who pointed me in different directions because they couldn't figure out my issue to do an early upgrade. Went to ventura store and they figured it out and got us all squared away. Santa Paula employee Brian was very rude to my wife and would talk over her. Would not recommend the store, spent the extra money and time to go elsewhere for your needs

Went to pay a internet bill and they have a machine where you pay on your own. Honestly, one of the most user friendly self done system I seen in a while. Guided me through and before I knew it I was done! Nice and easy with a clean layout for the lobby.
