What a bunch of knuckleheads!! As I pulled in I saw some guys hanging around the carwash, as in there to work - I thought - and so when I started to buy gas at the pump, it asked me if I wanted the carwash, too. As that was one reason I pulled in there (the car was filthy) it really torqued me to find that, NO - the carwash was actually closed! The guys milling around were not actually there to work at all!So I went in to the station, asked to have my $13 refunded, as it was sold me under false pretenses, AND THEY REFUSED! Come back some other time with the receipt (hoping, I suppose, that I'd lose it - or BETTER STILL, as I TOLD them I was NOT A LOCAL - that I'd just fall off the planet entirely.What a bunch of ___ well, nevermind. Fill in the blank yourself!

Tonight my buddy accidentally handed a 50 to the young guy behind the counter and he ran out with his change after the gas was put in (my buddy stopped right at 20 bucks ha ha) but thanks to this guy's honesty it all turned out ok.

I got gas and a car wash here on Saturday 3-27 I chose the 29.99 wash, I was overall very happy with the wash other than the tire dressing splashed on the passenger side presumably because they put it on pretty wet it was minor and I was able to take care of it easily! On Thursday a bird decided to relieve itself on top of my car so I went back 1 because I needed gas and 2 because I had to get the birds mess off of my car so this time I chose the 19.99 option I didn't notice until later that evening that not all of the birds mess was gone so I returned today in hopes of getting my car washed. The day before the attendant asked if I needs my receipt back and I didn't think then that I would! But I do have my cc transaction After speaking to the attendant inside he asked me to come back tomorrow because the manager wasn't in and if I wanted to speak to the guy at the car wash I did and he wanted to see my car He try's to tell me that it was not bird s*** but it was the paint job, wrong answer, it's a brand new 2020 cross trek and my family has been painting cars for over 35 years right here in Sonoma county! He flat out tried to b******* me and not until I called him out on it did he offer to wash my car again! No worries there are other car washes in town as I will not be returning to this station for anything whatsoever! Instead of simply offering a re wash he tried to bull s*** the wrong guy. But don't worry the splash car wash just around the corner washed it for free once I told them what my experience was! I'll be sure to let everyone know how I was treated at your business establishment! Bullshittng and dishonesty are my biggest pet peeves

I went to get a quick wash my truck wasn't that dirty but I keep it pretty clean. When I took it to the 76 gas station car wash not only do they not have chip readers for their credit card (my card wouldn't swipe) they scratched my window pretty badly on the drivers side and refused to take responsibility for it.I spoke to the manager and he said there was no way they did that, they definitely did! Don't go unless you want your truck/car scratched up!Never going back.

Lied about pricing. Had 3.39 posted on the sign out front and 3.49 at the pump. Both regular unleaded with credit on 8/2/20. Bonus, the bathroom wasn’t open.

Do not waste your time at this place. I only came here to get discount on the car wash with my gas purchase. When asked if I wanted a car wash at the pump, I said yes. When the receipt came out it showed no car wash and did not discount my gas. I took receipt to attendant and he just said "technical difficulty" and said he could not honor a discount on car wash or gas. Said nothing he could do. He was argumentative with me. And....this is the 2nd time this happened at this gas station. Take your business elsewhere! Valero is much better.
