This store is a scam. The owner Max gets you in with a tune up and changed the motor of my vacumm.Originally the vacuum wasn’t making the loud noise of vibrating, when I went to pick it up the Miele Vacuum it was then making a very loud noise and vibrating.I warn you don’t take your vacuum there to get fixed. The owner is a snake, he deliberately changed the motor of my vacuum in order for me to buy a new vacuum from him. Big time scam. I will be reporting this appalling treatment to the BBB, the Dept of Consumer Affairs and to the CA Attorney General.

I am to let everyone know that the owner of this store is not to be trusted with any vacuum services. not only did he say that my vacuum was nothing like it was when I went to pick it up the vacuum he change the motor and made the vacuum sound like it was broken. when I brought to him to only fix the kid of the vacuum for the trash bag to stay attached. I don't recommen this situation on anyone. a perfect vacuum that I bought for 1200 brand new completely noisy now when all he was supposed to do was to fix the lid of the vacum he actually changed the whole motor making noisy and vibrating. sucks for me

11The owner has no sense of service and of treating the customer well. He's so busy trying to make a buck that he forgets who to thank for being a paying customer. He talks too much and will not listen or discuss the customers needs. He claims to be a local business person deserving of local business. But he forgets to incorporate any sound business policy that welcomes you as the customer. He's a lousy businessman. So beware when you buy from him he has a no returns no discussion nasty attitude. I didn't appreciate his rude demeanor. he yelled and barked telling me that I had never come back and bought bags from him and he just acted really weird. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. Doing business with someone like him is not worth my time.

Thanks A-One! It's amazing to have our vacuum tuned up. We didn't even realize how poorly it was working before. A-One had the parts in stock and our machine was ready in less than two days. Staff is courteous and helpful. Very appreciative of this shop!

We took our shark vacume here and the person who helped us told us that sharks are basically junk. And you can not replace the filters at all.There was nothing they could do.We left confused and disappointed because we had just bought it a few months ago and it was expensive.Thankfully I did further research and amazon sells the filters and my vacume works again. So if you have a shark, don't come here. The staff are very friendly, I just would not recommend after my experience.

Mac and Parker have always been extremely helpful. My mom purchased a dyson vacuum and the motor was dead in 6 months. We took it here and Mac recommended a Sebo vacuum. Yes it's expensive but we do house cleaning and he assured us it was the best option... it was. We have had small repairs here and there because we use it everyday 3-4 times a day but the vacuum has lasted us 7 years! When we couldn't get a vacuum that lasted beyond a year. I recommend this place for your vacuum needs and to support local businesses.

Wonderful customer service was my experience. Very knowledgeable, friendly & I felt they were honest w me when the repair on my Dyson would cost more than a like-new refurbished one of the exact model sitting on their floor. They took my broken one & I left w a refurbished one. Works wonderfully & it's been a month. Thank you, A-1!

Owner, this review was spurred on by a $9.72 return of the wrong vacuum cleaner bags I purchased, The bag was unopened, the receipt attached, the sale was 8 days prior YET YOU WERE SO RUDE IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE! Previous to the sale I'd called and asked if they did servicing on a Dyson DC25, never changed filters - (Answer: Of COURSE!) Fine. I bring the vacuum in and his assistant tells me the vacuum is likely 10 years old or older and he wouldn't put ANY money into it. He walks me over to their high end vacuum ($700 plus). I said, I cannot afford a $700 vacuum. He walks away. When I see him again I ask if they have F&G vacuum bags FOR A CANISTER VACUUM. I purchase them. Nope F&G are for an upright. I live in Petaluma and don't frequent Santa Rosa, so I purchase all my filters from Amazon and decide when I get up to Santa Rosa again, I will return the F&G bags. I end up in Santa Rosa sooner than I'd have thought and I go in to return them. I was INTERVIEWED about why I was returning them. I explained. The owner asks me where I bought the correct bags, Amazon., "Well, when you want your vacuum serviced, call Amazon, that's why small businesses are going out of business!!!" I had wanted my vacuum serviced, his assistant warned me off of that, so I got all the filters, and I'm a happy camper. I finally said, ".okay, I'll exchange them for the correct filters." He says, "We can't, we don't know the right bags!" He was practically YELLING AT ME! Maybe he should have a NO RETURN policy. He very likely will go out of business because he's right small companies are in trouble. AND, WITH HIS NASTY CUSTOMER RELATIONS, he is sure to. I say, "Pack it up, YOU DESERVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS SINCE YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS." Obviously, I am just one person, BUT, FOR A $9.72 RETURN, YOU'VE GIVEN YOURSELF A REALLY BAD REVIEW. I WILL NEVER BRING A VACUUM FOR REPAIR AT YOUR PLACE, I'LL TAKE IT TO NOVATO AND I'LL SUGGEST IT TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS A NEW VACUUM OR VACUUM SERVICING. I HOPE YOUR MINUTE PLUS RANTING AT YOUR CUSTOMER WAS WORTH IT FOR YOU, YOU GIT!

I purchased a Sebo vacuum cleaner today, and I'm super happy with it. I did my own research online, but wanted to buy local. I went into A-One Vacuum, and Mac was very professional & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different models, without any pressure. I didn't buy one the first time I went in. I was so impressed with the help & knowledge I received, I went back and made the purchase. I highly recommend Sebo, and buying a vacuum cleaner from A-One vacuum.

If I could give them less than one star and still get my review posted, I would. Do not take your vacuum to this place. The customer service is horrid. The owner/manager is rude, and dismissive bordering on abusive. They literally hang up on you if they don't want to hear your complaint.My mother took her Riccar vacuum there to be repaired, since they are a dealer. After a few days and a "diagnostic", she was told that it would be several hundred dollars to repair the machine due to an issue with the motor. But she brought it home and we looked at the Owner's Manual. In 5 seconds we had the vacuum running again by using the "re-set button". The vacuum needed to be re-set because it was plugged up. And the purpose of the re-set to is PREVENT the motor from burning out in the case where the hose is plugged. Trying the re-set button is the FIRST thing the repair shop should have done. But they either didn't, or they deliberately chose not to so they could use their bogus "diagnostic" to charge my 90-year old mother $50. Shameful, shameful behavior. I will be reporting this appalling treatment to the BBB, the Dept of Consumer Affairs and to the CA Attorney General. Not to mention, sharing the story with my very large network of dog friends and across social networks, including NextDoor and Yelp.

Couldn't find what I was looking for but bought something I didn't really like when I got it home. They wouldn't let me return it citing covid but they were willing to exchange it for something else I didn't want (******** probably won't do business with them again. Not user friendly.
