Adom Manor Care Home is an excellent, warm, loving, and homey place. It is a very caring, comfortable, and personal small care home, described as a gem. The owner is professional, caring, intuitive, skilled, and on top of everything. The owner’s warmth, competence, and confidence put family members at ease. The staff is highly professional, attentive, experienced, patient, gracious, and kind. They treat residents with the kindness, respect, and care of family members, as if caring for their own. Care is excellent, expert, and loving. The owner communicates regularly with families, providing emotional support and expertly managing health-related issues, including working with hospice services. Residents live in a light-filled home with a garden and can spend time outside on decks. They enjoy walks, outings, excursions by car, and trips to doctor's appointments. Meals and snacks are scheduled, tasty, healthy, nutritious, and mostly made with organic ingredients. Residents who are able dine communally at a shared table. The environment is embracing, safe, and welcoming for residents, their friends, and relatives. Families feel extremely lucky and grateful to have found Adom Manor. They highly recommend it as a better place than could have been hoped for, where loved ones are in the best hands.
My mom's stay was sadly short, but Eva and her team made it such an easy experience, working with the hospice services and helping me manage her care. I'm extremely grateful.
