Went to purchase nitrogen and the cost was much higher than I remember it, quoted $90 when we questioned it he said "well lowest I can do is $55" ... it was weird and felt like they were happy to rip me off if I hadn't known better.

This place will definitely not be getting my business going forward. I dropped off my tank for a CO2 refill and they told me it would take 3 days to fill. The tank was dropped off on the Aug 26th. They didn't call me at all the following week so I decided to call them... I was told they hadn't filled it yet. Then I inquired on when would they have it filled "Next week" they said. I follow up one day on the week of Sept 10th. They said it was ready so I went and picked it up. Had the red cap on it so I assumed it was filled. We go to use it on our beer taps... The tank had no gas. Needless to say we were very upset since we paid $80 for an empty tank... Terrible service, poor communication, and I would advise to stay far far away from this place. Not worth the time or headache in my experience.

When I asked why the price of C02 had gone up so much, instead of telling me the actual facts--which are readily available--this right-wing guy says, "Joe Biden." (As if politics had anything to do with it; did our president cause your hangnail, poor baby?) And people wonder why Americans are getting so boorish. This guy is a perfect example. Taking our business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service here, I had issues with the tank of Co2 I exchanged and when brought to their attention, the attitude was as if I was an inconvenience. Thankfully their tech was willing to help out, he deserves 5 stars. Management ought to consider some better customer service training.

This shop offers very poor service. Exchanged there 2 co2 tanks few years ago. One came without the gasket/ o-ring valve..but I had no idea at that time. So, I returned the shop few days ago and left the tanks to rifill/exchange and I made them notice they sold me one that was missing the gasket/valve, the unmasked gentleman just told me they do not supply that. They also take 3 days to refill the tanks. Few days later the very man called me..the tanks are expired but they do not have any to exchanged them with. So I was asked to go pick them up..unbelivable. To give an idea about how bad and poor this is it is like to say you go to a car dealer but they have no cars..at all. After some struggleing I fund Complete Welding supplies in Rohonert Park. They were stonned by Airgas. They also offered to re-certify my tanks, 5 minutes I was out with filled tanks..and they pointed out the tanks I originally got from Airgas are Airgas tanks! They also offered to re-certify my tanks.
