The lady and the man behind the register are not friendly, not helpful. The lady is even rude. They need to learn Customer Service. They will not even glance when you enter the store.Yes, they have variety of vegetables, but with their attitude I will not go back to this store. I’m glad there are more Asian Stores in the area. There are 2 in Rohnert Park and one just opened on Stoney point.

I don't what to say but as soon as I saw rat dropping and smell of urine on a packet of palm sugar, I left!

I really hope this edit works. I was reviewing the wrong store, and didn't realize it. Now I have to type at least 85 characters because I can't delete the review altogether.

I come here all the time for all my oriental groceries. They have everything we need. From frozen grasshoppers, liquor, beer, veggies, frozen seafood and isles of asain seasonings. This establishment like the other few asain stores in Santa Rosa has been around for decades. The owner couples/ the lady is always very kind and nice. It's a hit and miss with the vegetables honestly sometimes as they aren't as fresh. But that's with every store though. There are days when they get shipments and other days where it's probably been sitting there Welp everything else is perfect nothing to complain about. We get in, get out. Smooth transaction everytime. Mom/Pop Shop :)

Nosey-Judgmental If you've been shopping around the Asian Grocery community, you're probably come across this store and the Phnom-Penh across the street. Unlike the Phnom-Penh store where the people are extremely friendly and helpful and I mean everybody there. This store are filled with toxic people both men and women. They're either talk shit about you in their native language right in front of you or they would treat you based on what you PURCHASED. These people are immigrants from Southeast Asia who come here for a better life and yet here they are acting like garbage. I've been in this area for almost 20 years and honestly they're the worst type of people I come across. Phnom-Penh has always been my first choice and will always be.

From the outside you tend to think this is a Mexican market, but upon entering you see that it's an Asian "general market". So you will find common ingredients for Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, etc. The store is a bit cramped, as space is tight so aisles are narrow. The produce looked good quality, they had Thai basil which I was looking for, as well as Korean rice cakes for tteokguk. The staff was helpful and they had a fairly decent collection of ramen for the size of the store.

Found 18yr Glenlivet old bottles at regular old price. What a treasure. If you a are looking for old Glenmorangie 10yr bottles before Hennessy bought the distiller, they still have a bottle left. Good luck.

Not organized or clean. They had a poor selection of produce as it looked wilted. I came to get wonton skins. They had ONE package... frozen. I will not shop here again. I will continue to search for a place to purchase Asian groceries in my new home area.

Awful place. The photos on their website are from another store. This place is not anything you would expect from Asians from Japan or China. Don't waste your time. There are other Asian places that are better. The reviews here are far more consistent with "Asian Mart" on Petaluma Avenue.

Don’t be fooled by the neighborhood and the somewhat shabby exterior. The inside is filled with a good selection of Asia vegetables, spices, sauces, condiments, pasta and much more. They stock some items which can’t be found at the 3 other Asian markets in Santa Rosa.
