The men that work in this store are always so condescending and rarely know what they're talking about. Just walked in to talk about getting an upgrade and instead of listening to me, the guy that was supposed to be helping me chose to talk over me and double talk, which is their way of confusing you. When they do this... keep talking. It's harder to confuse someone if they say what they need to, outloud. So instead of telling me I'd get a $27 credit each month, he told me it would be added to my bill. That didn't make since because I understand how math works. So I talked about getting the phone directly from Samsung. That's when he decided to check to see how much HE would get in a trade in because he gets a deal with them. This entire exchange was a $@!+ show. Last time I walked in, they didn't even have the model I wanted to look at, but the guy who asked if I needed help let me wonder over to the display to look for it even though I had told him that's why I was there. When I approached him again he said "Oh. We only have the dummy versions (not the real phone). I was going to tell you, but you already started walking in the other direction. Right. Because in this empty store, I couldn't hear him and he certainly couldn't be bothered to follow me instead of standing there looking at the front door. Another time I was in, actually ordering a phone that I had researched and was asking a few questions and the guy actually told me that he didn't get paid extra to know anything about the phones so he just didn't. This is just not a friendly or helpful place. They are always trying to get one over on you.

This store is a disappointment. Go to another store and save your time. Edgar is rude and disrespectful.

If there was the option of -0 stars I would give so. It's unbelievable how unprofessional and miserable Sean is as a customer rep for a company of this size. He did offer to help and started inputting info on his work tablet to give me price numbers, and he came up with of course the 1st inflatable price option. When I nicely and calmly asked him for less price option and to show me the numbers, I could tell he started getting upset it was written all over his body composure, he was bubbling up inside ready to explode, and started raising his voice at me, because he wanted to choose the options and not let me as customer, choose what I want to pay for, (i.e. insurance and amount of data). I kept telling him that I do not use that much data (he didn't like that either) so then he came up with a cheaper monthly price. But he did not want to explain to me the differences, was it data? He then exploded and said I was raising my voice when I wasn't, I kept my composure but I wasn't going to let him continue to DISRESPECT me in front of customers there. I got up and told him I was not doing business with him treating me disrespectfully by raising his voice at me and his face just turned red as could be and turned around in shame! As I was going out the door I asked for his name, he said Sean. I am never stepping foot in that store again, going with another provider. He needs to change his attitude and respect customers, someone there needs to reprimand him.

I would put a zero if I could!!! Went for help with an order the man was rude. He could have just picked up a phone to help us, but he was to busy insulting our intelligence!!!! Three times he said I don't have a button to ouch for that! What a jerk! Been to this store before and had the same experience!!! P.S. the white trim on the double front doors were so dirty I didn't to touch the door!!! Should have been my first clue that nobody cares there.

I've been with AT&T since I was a teenager and after 18 years, this store just lost me. Whoever the young man is that works there who drives the 2023 Camry should be let go immediately. Let's go through the interaction: - He had no idea about any of the products we had questions about, chief of which was the new iPhone. Maybe it's TOO new? - when telling him I'm looking for an iPhone, he proceeds to try to sell me hard on samsung. Even through my obligations. We later find out he has an iPhone. But I'm sure it's to show everyone how much better samsung is, yeah? - gave my girlfriend immediate grief for being with T-Mobile and not AT&T. And not the fun kind. the "we want to leave could you please dial it back a notch" kind. We later find out he has verizon. Maybe he was so aggressive because he's leading everyone to a treasure he cannot, himself, possess? - when we told him we just left T-Mobile and their prices are cheaper he boasted "but yeah, we're AT&T!" We later find out through side comments he's not sure how much longer he's gonna be there. But... you're AT&T, man! Surely you're the best? Maybe? - when I expressed I didn't really feel taken care of by AT&T he switched into a passive aggressive hyper-professional demeanor as a response to what felt like us inconveniencing him by having legitimate questions and long-standing concerns. He knew I was upset, I knew he knew I was upset, and it was evident that fueled him to project however that made him feel on us. Well now I would like to project how that made US feel, to y'all! We crunched the numbers and it will cost me $5 more a month than what I'm paying now at t-mobile. When we left there however we felt EXTREMELY taken care of. Got all the info we wanted, asked all the same questions not pertaining to my personal bill with AT&T, and the service was the polar opposite of what we just experienced at the AT&T store. That's worth $5 extra a month to me.

I've worked retail for 30 years and never dealt with a more dishonest manager as Dimitri . I went in for a phone case. He said he could save me $5 if I switch to Business plan. And use an "emergency connection dives" it's a phone He also said "at AT&T all plans are unlimited" Then all of a sudden his "emergency connection device" phone. only has 50 gig. He clearly only gets paid on new plans and so wanted to cancel my old one to create a new one. AT&T is about to lose a 25 year customer and I'm gonna dum0 my AT&T stocks.

I spent hours over three days here trying to get my Nighthawk mobile router to work with no success and the store manager told me it was defective, she was not helpful and didn't appear to know how to set it up. I decided to stop by the North McDowell AT&T store and Dianna was able to get it working in five minutes!
