I walked in 15 minutes before closing time and Lizbeth happily greeted me. She took her time to check my account and answer all my questions all while keeping conversation going. Never did I feel rushed nor did I walk out with any questions. Great customer service.

I needed a SIM card for my modem, and Sean was very patient and helpful in replacing the old card and then testing the new one with the modem to make sure that it worked properly. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and skillful in handling the technology as well as providing friendly customer service.

I came into the Mendocino location on the fence about keeping my service with AT&T and received excellent service from Sean, which convinced me to stay with AT&T. He was friendly, knowledgeable & professional in completing the necessary tasks to fix the issue with my account. Gabriel had provided outstanding customer service as he has guided me through the AT&T store. Thanks to Gabriel i was able to purchase not one but 2 cases as he insisted 2 was better than one and he was absolutely right. I will definitely be returning to this store location in the future.

I was first customer on Saturday 7th. I was greeted at door by SeanSmith just opening up the store. The First 3 minutes for me are important when being greeted. Sean was couldn’t of been more pleasant and attentive. He helped me with upgrading in an educational way. I appreciated his knowledge. Thanks Sean, maybe I will see you soon for a watch!

I went in to Upgrade my IPhone today and I was in a little bit of a time crunch but Dennis processed my Upgrade super fast , He seemed quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The manager Shawn was also super helpful and Knowledgeable. Awesome staff !!

Lizbeth literally made my day better when I came in to swap phones with my Husband’s since I broke mine. The process was long but she continued to help me throughout the process even after she had other customers who need her help since she was the only bilingual person there. She definitely deserves a raise for all the extra work she does for the customers!
