Waited 45 minutes just to pay my bill. That’s not right and nobody in that store cares less. The self service machine is always broken, the staff is lazy and unfriendly, and it will never change, been that way for a long time. This review will probably never be seen by anybody. Another con pretending that they care.

They consistently charge me more than they are supposed to. I came in today to pay $270 on a bill.They charged me five hundred and some change. After I specifically told them I was only paying two hundred and seventy dollars. Now I'm.
Sitting here waiting for them to correct it.

I came in looking for a new phone to upgrade to. I still had a balance on my phone. I let them know I would pay my phone off today if I got a new phone. We went over the phone options. No iPhone 15 in stock so I chose a iPhone 14. He told me that they have a black on instock but I would need to pay off my current phone first so I did. $308.00 later. Then he comes back telling me they don't have a phone for me and told me I should just go somewhere else to get a phone.. so I left with no new phone but payed 308.00 to pay my phone off. So I'm pretty upset because I still have my old phone only wanted to pay it off if I was getting a new phone

You call to cancel a line and they tell you their new policy is to future date the cancellation even though you’re no longer using that line so they still charge for days you’re not using services for. The next day they cancel a line the same day you request it to be canceled. Every rep tells you something different, blame this on their upper management and their ways to scam you out of more money so it benefits their metrics / numbers so they look good on paper. This company no longer cares about their customers, money hungry people.

Went in with a list of issues I’ve had over the past two weeks. Supervisor said i just work here. I’m not the company. Frowning at me. Said I came in to see if anyone was interested in making my account right or even care that my account has been mismanaged. I can make sure you’re on autopay. That’s about it. wow I’m at Verizon now

Both times that I went into this store recently, I received very good and very helpful service. By Jose one day; shopping for a good iPhone deal and updating my account. And another day by Ceasar, who helped with setting up my new iPhone! And the best way to care for it. Had a little fun picking out cases, etc.! Both were patient with me, nice and professional. The men that work in this store are always so condescending and rarely know what they're talking about. Just walked in to talk about getting an upgrade and instead of listening to me, the guy that was supposed to be helping me chose to talk over me and double talk, which is their way of confusing you. When they do this... keep talking. It's harder to confuse someone if they say what they need to, outloud. So instead of telling me I'd get a $27 credit each month, he told me it would be added to my bill. That didn't make since because I understand how math works. So I talked about getting the phone directly from Samsung. That's when he decided to check to see how much HE would get in a trade in because he gets a deal with them. This entire exchange was a $@!+ show. Last time I walked in, they didn't even have the model I wanted to look at, but the guy who asked if I needed help let me wonder over to the display to look for it even though I had told him that's why I was there. When I approached him again he said "Oh. We only have the dummy versions (not the real phone). I was going to tell you, but you already started walking in the other direction. Right. Because in this empty store, I couldn't hear him and he certainly couldn't be bothered to follow me instead of standing there looking at the front door. Another time I was in, actually ordering a phone that I had researched and was asking a few questions and the guy actually told me that he didn't get paid extra to know anything about the phones so he just didn't. This is just not a friendly or helpful place. They are always trying to get one over on you.
