This nail shop was very clean, comfortable, and convenient, with its location close to the Santa Rosa JC. That area is always busy, but being in this shop, next to Jamba Juice, feels quiet and safe. I had a basic gel pedicure.

I always get the orange peel pedicure here and it’s a great value for the price, at $55 you get hot stones, paraffin wax, a 15 minute massage, and polish as well as the normal pedicure things. I have never got a manicure here, and haven’t heard much about them.

They have no customers but seem bothered by my request for an appointment!! VERY COLD atmosphere with zero personality or professionalism. The owner should be embarrassed to have their business ran so poorly. DO YOU GUYS READ THESE REVIEWS?! Seems like most people have a terrible experience here!

Felt like a burden to pedicure tech. I'm sure it is monotonous to do this all day. On the other hand, it's uncomfortable for the customer when you can feel the vibe is cold. Not paying pennies for the service so a little interaction and enthusiasm might be a little more beneficial. Just saying.

I went and sat down and they were doing my nails and told me that I had to pay early because they were gonna close the cashier and they were all nice about it then later after that their mood change and got mad just because I wanted to put a bow on my nails and were like they can’t do that and saying they didn’t have time when I came in early and still they got mad at me for that and being rude and didn’t do a good job because on some of them they didn’t put the gloss and didn’t want them how I wanted them to be and we’re hurrying me up, plus they were telling me to put tips and felt forced by the way she was pointing and asking me.

I took my daughter Tuesday to get her nails done, on Wednesday one of her nails fell off.Mind you my daughter forgot her wallet in my car. I told her to come out for it because I had my two babies in the car I didn’t wanna get off with both of them. I was parked right in front of the nail place. The lady followed my daughter to the car and Stayed right behind her going to the car and walking back into the store. Uncomfortable ?I Will not be going there again. Hopefully I can find another place in Santa Rosa. If I could give it a negative results I would. But I had to give it a one star.These don’t even look like coffin nailsService: Acrylic nails

this was my 3rd time going in. first time was excellent job but super rushed! second time the owner did my nails and it was fantastic! 3rd time i had the worse experience! i have infection in my toe i was bleeding as well while she did my pedicure, my nails after 3 days are chipping, have bubbles in, and are bumpy and i have gel on. super disappointed and she reminded me not to forget her tip, that of course i always tip but i found it rude to be reminded, it’s up to the customer to tip depending on experience and job.

DO NOT COME HERE. When I came to Avalon Nails to get my regular set of long acrylic French Tips coffin shape nails, I didnt expect to get a fat set of horrendous acrylics that look half done. These are not what I asked for at all. The lady that did my nails had no care or self awareness as to what she was doing. These were horrific and after I complained to her and made her paint over them, they looked even worse. I am never coming back here again the service was awful and my nails look like old aged refrigerator doors.

Just wanted to share an honest review. They were super nice to take a walk in, and they were super nice the whole time. But overall, if I wanted my nails to look like a child painted them, I would’ve done it myself. Doesn’t seem like much care was taken with my cuticles, and the nail polish is super uneven. On some of my nails the polish is up on my cuticles. It being gel polish, i can’t just fix it myself. Had the manicure Saturday, photos are from Sunday. So no nail growth shown.

my teenage daughter went in there and they pull not have been more rude to her. they charged her $70 and when she tried to speak up while nails were being done, they snapped at her. I had gone in there last summer and they were rude then as well. if I had known she was going there I would have told her to go somewhere else.

The first time I went here they weren't busy at all, literally 4-5 employees just twiddling their thumbs and then I felt catered to because of that. Didn't have an appointment. They were so friendly that time. Today was a completely different, walked in was ignored basically for minutes until someone ask what I needed... I asked if they had time to do x and y and they said to pick a color. I then waited nearly 15-20 mins because they were helping 4 other customer and were obviously busy and wish they would of said they didn't have time to help me which would of been an okay answer for me. Ended up only getting x service done since they didn't have time to do what I asked and then left. The x service was done poorly and won't ever be back because of it and left without getting what I wanted done....So frustrating. I rarely have time to get pampered by getting my nails done so I'm more upset than anything else.

I've been going here for pedicures for many years. And they were great up until the pandemic. After the pandemic when businesses were opening again, I left three messages and they never called back. So I guess my many years of going there wasn't worth much to them. I found a different place to have my pedicures.
