Go somewhere that knows what their doing and respects your time and money. Initially, Ken appeared highly knowledgeable about my 2000 BMW 528i E39, which I brought to them due to a surging idle issue. Trusting them with my car to them, I anticipated finally resolving the problem, especially considering their $175.88 hourly rate, and suggesting expertise. When Ken informed me that the Throttle Body might be the culprit, albeit admitting they'd only replaced a few, doubts crept in. Still, given their reputation and rates, I assumed my issue might be an uncommon one. Regrettably, the proposed $1100 fix didn't resolve the problem. I sourced out the same part off of a different car to see if it would actually fix my issue but it didn't. Worse, upon retrieving my car, I discovered missing intake pieces, loose hose clamps, and absent nuts and bolts, which only made me more frustrated. I couldn't fathom what I'd paid for--a deteriorated car and a potential $1100 expense! Taking matters into my own hands, I researched extensively and stumbled upon a possible alternator issue. After installing a Bosch alternator for $300 it finally rectified the idle problem entirely. How could a 25-year-old shop miss such a basic diagnosis? It required no specialized tools, just internet sleuthing. Returning to the shop, I relayed my ordeal and solution to Ken, expecting some form of acknowledgment or compensation. Instead, he appeared indifferent, citing their longevity and positive reviews. Disappointed, I realized I wasn't valued as a customer. This experience underscores the importance of finding a BMW shop that not only diagnoses accurately but also respects its customers' investments. I'm out $175.88 and left to rectify THEIR errors and how much is that worth? Bavarian Performance, I hope you read this take note and make amends.

Josh and the team at Bavarian Performance did a fantastic job getting my car back on the road. Great customer service, competitive prices, and high quality work. I will definitely be going back to them and I highly recommend them for all BMW, MINI, and Porsche automotive work. I'm happy to have found a locally owned business to keep my cars on the road!

I called this week to get my car in for an oil change and Bavarian got me in the very next day. I was not only surprised they were able to get me in so quickly but they also texted me photos and a full diagnostic on my car telling me what was needed for service. They didn't pressure me to get anything extra done like other shops do. Beyond pleased with my experience there. If you want a place to take good care of your vehicle and also provide amazing customer service then Bavarian is the place for you! Thank you!!!

Took my 2013 BMW 328 Convertible in for a brake job. Of course, there were a number of other things that needed to be fixed. But Ken discussed each one with me and told me the rationale behind the repair. I agreed with everything but chose to put off transmission service off for another few thousand miles. Because of the need for a new tire the car was available the day after I brought it in (first thing in the morning). On the day I was supposed to bring the car in, I fell ill but Ken was courteous enough to reschedule me for the following day. All in all a painless experience with Ken and the crew and I will always take my car here for service.

What a great business!!! I can't say more wonderful things about the shop owner, Josh, and the manager, Ken. Both are outstanding individuals who go above and beyond to help their clientele.I had a situation that occurred under the previous ownership. It stemmed from a botched job by a major retailer. At that time due to a misunderstanding, Bavarian advised that they would take care of the labor if we paid for the parts. Well about a year later, we finally reached out for the repair (SMG Problems, Covid, Etc); and by that time, the shops ownership had changed.A bit concerned, we discussed & reviewed details with Ken and Josh. They were incredibly understanding, kind, and gracious; ultimately ended up honoring the previous owners agreement and returning the car quickly and beautifully.Words don't say enough about this shop and its ownership. Feel comfortable and confident bringing your baby here.We’ll be back! Thank you so much.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hands down the BEST auto mechanics for BMW. These guys serviced my BMW for years. Dave was always clear on what needed to be done. He was always fair on the price and I never felt like anything was done that was not needed on my vehicle. After more than one thing started to go wrong ( I had an older model) Dave was upfront about that it might be time to retire my car. I never felt pressured to dump more money into my older car. I respected that. These guys are great. Would highly recommend them.

So far Dave and his crew have been more than helpful in checking out my 2005 330Ci which I purchased in Arizona and having never been a BM owner took a gamble with this one after a test drive whilst on business down in the Phoenix area. So far, all is good and after Dave and his crew did some highly overdue and needed basic maintenance on the car which I had budgeted for its running great and yes for example it had the original spark plugs in!!. Love the car and every opportunity that roof is down. Dave will also be of immense help in obtaining items for your car that you are looking for due to his connections in the business so give these guys a try and protect your wallet at the same time.

I am truly impressed with the professionalism of staff and the owner David. He took my old BMW, went over every inch of the car and gave back the car as new. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that went into the car. He also provided me with a rental while he worked on my car. Overall, Bavarian Performance is a great shop. I give the shop an A++ and I highly recommend it. Thank you Dave.
