Evil evil company! They told us on the phone that to fix our TV would be free unless a physical part was needed. The guys who came out said it would cost $139. The woman I called at the call center next said no, the fixing would be free. All that the men did was turn a knob, then it worked. I will not do business with these people again. Liars.

I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy again and I recommend you do not buy any appliances from Best Buy . I purchased a Whirlpool Washer snd dryer July 19,2023. I noticed the paint was bubbling and peeling on the washer 2 months later. I called the whirlpool warranty Dept and they said they will refer to a technician. A tech finally called, we set up apt. He came out ins agreed yes the paint is definitely bubbling and peeling. He told me to wait for him to give me a call as he was trying to write it up correctly so it wouldn't go under cosmetic snd to be patient. So I waited and waited. Called him and left a message to see where we are at. Left a message and he never called back. I've been going back and forth with Whirlpool as they say it's not going to be covered as it's cosmetic although the reps I talk to agree the was probably dust under the paint when it was being cured and that caused the bubbling. I call over snd over and never get a call back. I decided to go into the Santa Rosa Best Buy where I purchased my the set. I talked to s manager of the appliance center who said I should schedule another appointment with Whirlpool to get another tech out, but to only do it online. I tried but without lying on the app as to the problem I couldn't set up the appointment. I wish I could get his name but he gave me a business card without his information and unfortunately you can't call the store directly. I also tried to dispute it either way the credit card company as I did the 18 month no interest but Best Buy denied it. I have purchased a stovetop, a vent hood, numerous televisions, computers and iPads through the years. But I will never step foot in that store again. I would give 0 stars if possible

Well been shopping at best buy since I quess it's been open. .it changed a lot over the years . It was mostly DVD's were big when it first open . Didn't added more appliance division and magnolias is gotten a few vendors like the chair manufacturers and sporting equipment exercise equipment. Seem like it was a lot more entertainment items in the past it seems to be not as much as it used to be. It feels a little bear sometimes. You can order anything you want on line which I've had. Felt a little scared of spending a couple thousand dollars on something and waiting for UPS to leave that your front door step. The values good I bought in TVs I bought an appliances I bought the DVD players cords and accessories laptops phone just about anything you could think of. Never had a problem with returning anything now they have the pro rewards or you can buy a membership it's okay a little gimmicky but I get to her understanding people buy stuff and then return it when they done with it. I would love to see more mid-range home theater receivers but I just bought a Onkyo Rz 50 And I've been happy. If you watch the sales in Open boxes you can make a pretty good deal. Going in for a new TV in a few months hopefully have stuff there for me to buy on the floor and not have online order it. Geek squad's good . And seem to do a pretty good job explaining some problems with your equipment. I guess every part of my home entertainments is from Best buy

Had to return a faulty bluray. Went to local store, made return and bought an new, upgraded bluray while there. Forgot to remove disc from faulty bluray and tried to call the store to have them hold returned item so we could get our disc. CANNOT reach the local store with the local number. Get foreign agent. They can't/won't transfer to local store. Tried chat, they can't either. Tried SMS, they can't either. Blasted them on Facebook, heard back from someone who said they'd call. No return call after at least 4 hours of waiting. Customer Service SUCKS. Will buy from someone else in the future.

I don't have a problem with the store, per se. I just cannot get to a live person in the ACTUAL STORE for help. We left something in the store and I call the local phone number, but get customer service outside of the US. That's fine for customer service, I don't care. But I need to speak with the ACTUAL STORE!!!!!

Their employee sold us the wrong phone case after walking us to the display and handing us the cover while looking at our phone lol. Also our fusion glass covers envelopes had NO GLASS our box was professionally tampered with leaving only wipes behind. I didnt attempt to return but did let the employee know. He insinuated I needed to pay closer attention to the packaging because they dont sell open items LOL ok dude. Lets have a blind eye to the organized theft happening rather than use your legs to walk to the display and check the items so they next person isnt out $65. So to save the next guy, dont buy anything at the santa rosa store that isnt coming from a locked case.

Products lack solid inventory. Staff was very helpful and came up to me instead of having to flag them down. I was disappointed with the inventory but maybe I came in right before they restocked.
