Really friendly, tolerant, helpful, patient employees. I feel as though the usually contentious repartee between a pawn broker and seller is steered in a more mutually positive direction here at BC. I guess you could say it's an " agreeable sales atmosphere", benefitting all involved.

Well, this place is just “THE WORST PAWNSHOPS” I have ever been to!!!!!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!Not only their customer service sucks, they don’t even send-out any notifications to their customers letting them know about their loans that the customers have with them and just let them lose all their personal belongings, especially if the items pawned at their shop is VERY SENTIMENTAL (which in my case, the jewels I had pawned were Very Very SENTIMENTAL)!!!!!!So, if you want to not have problems and stress, I SUGGEST DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

If you’re lucky enough for them to answer the phone during business hours, you will find they have no clue about Pro Audio, Music Accessories, Vintage anything. If you have a big fat gold ring I’m sure they will take it off your hand for scrap.

These guys are honest, professional and great at what they do. I continue going here because the level of customer service is exemplary. You can expect a fair deal each and every time with Thomas and Thomas at the Santa Rosa location.

I went here about a month ago when my wallet was stolen & after reading a lot of good reviews & on their website seeing that they took a lot of items that I had.I had to park pretty far away so I only brought jewelry with me & scrap silver at first. I mentioned to the clerk that I had other items in the car besides only one silver chain he wanted out of everything.I said I had a DeWalt impact drill with a battery & charger, a Dremel tool with about $300 worth of bits including a diamond cut wheel and another cut wheel both together are $50 and they were in the package still, brand new. Plus small kitchen appliances, a $300 Mr. Heater, Husky shop vac, an original piece of film strip from Walt Disney's first TV series, etc..I was told the Dremel bits held no value, the Dremel if it was still in the package he might consider, none of the kitchen appliances, nothing else other than diamonds, gold or silver, but he'd look at the DeWalt.I was kind of optimistic being as the exact same drills they had on the shelf with the battery and no charger were selling for $150, so I figured with the charger I might get a decent chunk cuz I was selling it. which according to their website they give you more rather than if you pawn.I walked all the way back out to my car came all the way back and he offered me $15.... When he confirmed I was selling it and not pawning it he changed the price to $15, I really hate that I was in the position to where I had to accept because that's just a slap in the face but there was no way I could get anywhere after that because I had to sell something for gas to do anything else after that.Don't be fooled by their website they don't take most of what they list. They will take electric guitars music equipment, diamonds only, gold silver, power tools maybe, that's really it. If you're fortunate that they might Grant you a sale on whatever you're trying to get rid of then they'll slap you in the face with what they offer so have fun with that

They are friendly and nice here, however, I would not recommend this place to someone who wants the best value for their jewelry. If you are simply pawning your items, then this is the place. They will give you less money than other places which will make your loan cheaper to redeem. But if you are selling or need more money, you should go elsewhere. Unfortunately, there are no other pawn shops in Santa Rosa. There used to be another one in Santa Rosa, but they allegedly got robbed and everyone's pawned items were stolen. Yeah, right. The owner of that rogue pawn shop gave me a settlement offer - I pay him $67 and then I don't have to pay off the rest of my $200 loan for my $5,000 ring that he stole. But I digress.

Poor customer service. The jewelry was really out dated. The one guy that "helped" me acted like an incel on a power trip. I wouldn't have sold to them even if I had been desperate.

I talked to some kid maybe 30 years old I wanted to pawn my Gibson guitar sign by Ace Frehley and he offers me $300. I have been a customer here for 30 years and I miss mike he used to help me all the time and was fair. I'm done coming here.Santa Rosa Pawn blows this place away trust me.
