This is probably the nicest hotel in SR that's a reasonable price. Yes there are nicer hotels but do you want to pay upwards $200? The rooms are always clean and decently kept. They have a family suite that has 2 queen beds and a king bed in a second room adjoined to the queen room. My favorite room is the "apartment." Its a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and 1 bath. It's huge and has a room with a king bed, second room has 2 queens and the living room has a pull out sofa. They have an outdoor pool and a laundry room. They don't offer free breakfast but there's a cafe onsite open until 11am. Overall it's a decent hotel!

Blown-away By the Best Western! Although the neighborhood is a bit transitional, one is teleported to a serene oasis upon entry. Well positioned buildings surround a heated pool and jacuzzi. All for a very reasonable price. Definitely will be back!

Paid $180 for a night on a Friday. Got a nice quiet room in the back. The super negative is the bed is hard as a rock and lumpy and you can feel the springs. There is no way we are the only ones that have noticed this. For management the room is 139. Please address. The positives: room was clean, grounds are clean, did not hear anyone around or above us. Front desk staff was nice.

This motel turned out to be nicer than expected and certainly cost less than nearby hotels. The bed was actually more comfortable than the bed we'd slept in at the Doubletree hotel in San Francisco the night previously. Very clean and nicely furnished room with ample closet space and a refrigerator stocked with sparkling wine that was provided for us. Free parking. The restaurant on site was open for breakfast til 11 am. Shower stall had been updated recently and was quite spacious. No noise from other rooms since our unit had nobody above or below us. $125 per night could not be beaten for value!

A robot is more friendly than their front desk. There were many rooms available but they gave us a room next to the freeway. I slept only three hours that night. My room is extremely dated. Carpet is wore. Their towel are so old. I used towels to clear my car better than their towels.

This place was an excellent place to stay . While traveling up from north Hollywood to Eureka, ca we made a stop here to rest. The rooms are clean , spacious , and dog friendly. We walked around the property which gave a garden feel for sure! They have a café with a limited, but delicious menu to have breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely will be on the right stay here again.

If I could give these racist people no stars I would. The worst hotel experience of my life and I am completely humiliated. They canceled my reservation because of my African American Race and blamed it on Priceline. Which I called them to see if that was true and they said no the hotel did and listed no reason. I traveled here for work and was denied due to my skin color and they also said because my credit card has suspicious activity. So now they are trying to destroy my work and self character. I will never recommend this racist place.

I decided to bike over from my hotel downtown, it took a bit longer then expected, so when I arrived the person I came to visit decided to step out and run a few errands. When I arrived they were not in the hotel room, I rode my bike by the front desk while calling them. They said they are just around the corner and would be back in 15 minutes. I moved my back to the shade behind the front desk and it's just easier to see the phone in the shade. I kid you not the lady at the front desk called the other office with the door open and over speaker phone said ,"That Strange Man is right there, right by your office." And she lock the back door, the other lady closed her door and made sure the other doors are locked,, went to her car and asked "Are you staying here" ah no I replied "Are you visiting someone here" why else would I be here, Best Westerns are not bad just not my preferred choice but I still hold top tier status with them. Maybe it's cause I'm on a bike and left in a hurry so I not dressed appropriately with my sweats and it just hott.To bad Judgmental Judy's ruined this location for me and my family cause it does look nice but it's no Marriott....Noteworthy details: Judgemental see review, another man has just come up to ask why am I here, when I explained to him the situation he claimed they are women! I'm not sure what that is supposed to mean, I guess since they are women they can just claim your a strange guy on a bike and lock up shop.

We like Best Western because of the consistency in what they provide for the traveler. I hesitate to brag on this place because I don’t want to find that it gets too popular and becomes more expensive…sefishly! Amazing location, expert staff and beautiful grounds. No free breakfast, which is fine for me. Instead, there is a small cafe on premises where you can a very fair price (cash or charge meals to your room) IF you wish, up until 3 pm! I love this, because I prefer no “included breakfast” — then I can sleep in if I want to and still have a late breakfast or early lunch. A fairly private and quiet hot tub is so tempting that i vow to get a bathing suit … and that’s saying something! This is my ONLY favorite lodging in the whole Sonoma County area.

We were in Santa Rosa for hot air balloon festival so our stay was just for one night but even with that we left with such a relaxing and good feeling. The rooms are super big, we got the unit all the way in the back with 3 beds and little patio area that had 2 chairs and a little table. Pool was literally few steps away from our unit, it was super nice as we could supervise our teens while they were swimming and sunbathe ourselves. The garden with fountains gave such a relaxing ambience. We loved everything about this hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. The area was super quiet, the staff super nice and attentive. If we're ever in this area again we will definately stay here again.
