The breakfast here is fantastic!!! Omelets and eggs and sausage, oatmeal. Any breakfasts item you can think of they have it! The rooms are clean and classy with a private balcony, the property is well kept and they are pet friendly. They even let me borrow a dog bowl. Highly recommend this

The supervisor was extremely rude and wouldn't return my husband's wallet due to my cousin having a payment issue with the hotel. I tried to confirm for security reasons the contents in the wallet and he said if he don't get his money he's keeping my husband's wallet hostageSafety: Don't leave your belongings there thievesNoteworthy details: Very condescending n disrespectful

I took a day trip to the Schulz Museum and wanted to relax and enjoy the football games on MLK day without driving an hour+ back home. I splurged on the Jacuzzi suite and treated myself to a bath while listening to the game from the bedroom area. The room was very clean and well appointed. I was surprised to notice the room had both a desk and a dining nook. The nook was well positioned to the windows to let in lots of natural light. I might have had the entire floor to myself for how quiet the night was. The breakfast bar was stocked with both hearty and healthy options: potatoes, bacon and eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt,Rooms: The shower had mounted shampoo, body soap and conditioner dispensers. The sink likewise had soap and lotion dispensers in a nice citrus scent.

I made a reservation they called me three and a half hours before check in to cancel my reservations because they said they don't rent to locals I live in Sonoma county we advertise eat play stay local. What kind of business wants to be in your town but don't want to do business with you. I think if you don't want to rent to Santa Rosa residence you should get out of Santa Rosa.

We weren't expecting much. This hotel far exceeded all expectations. The room was plush, fully remodeled and immaculately maintained. There was a microwave, brand new large TV, two soft comfortable queen sized beds and a patio with a table and two chairs. Check in was a breeze and rates were surprisingly reasonable - especially with my AAA discount. Weston that was working the front desk was exceptionally helpful. It was obvious he took pride in what he did, and cared about our experience. He took extra time to point out the free cappuccino/coffee/hot chocolate machine and fruit infused water station in the lobby. He even gave my kids a free gift bag that had microwave popcorn, two bottles of water, a granola bar and a free corkscrew. He made sure we knew about the free hot breakfast the next day. The breakfast again exceeded all expectations. There were omelettes, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy hash browns, boiled eggs, fruit, a selection of pastries and types of bread, yogurt, hot oatmeal, a make your own waffle and pancake stations. In terms of beverages, there was an assortment of juices and also an assortment of milks including chocolate and almond milk. A free nice hot breakfast buffet for my family of 4 was a huge perk. On check out the next morning Shauna was also very professional and helpful. My kids wanted me to plan our road-trip around being able to stay at this hotel on the way back home. Highly recommend staying here whether you are visiting Santa Rose or just passing by. You will be pleasantly surprised.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Had the absolute worst situation happen to me here. Car broke down worst day ever...tried to check in here at the end of the day and was told I would not be allowed to stay because my ID had a Sonoma county address. Is that even legal?!?! I thought it was a misunderstanding but was just patronized by the staff upon questioning. Still not sure what happened here but yea would definitely not recommend...very weird place with very weird policies

It was ok. Right off freeway and in a busy area. Good breakfast and room was clean. But every thing is old.

My family and I stayed here for a month and a half due to a house fire. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They all went out of their way to be accommodating to our large family. A special thank you to Carla for being so nice to our girls, and to Aida for always having a smile and checking to make sure we didn't need anything.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past but this time, we didn't stay there and got charged anyway. It is an average BW hotel - issues on past stays included work trucks revving up in the early morning, thin walls so could hear conversations and TVs from rooms next door and footsteps from rooms above. The 1 star is for lack of customer service. I called to cancel my room the day before but was not given a cancellation number. Didn't even think to ask for one as it has never been an issue in the past at other BWs. Three days later, I was charged for the room. I contacted management but was told they would not reverse the charge as I didn't have the cancellation number. I reiterated that I was never given one but was told their staff was trained to give cancellation numbers so that could "never happen" and wouldn't even consider someone there made a mistake. Management puts the burden of proof on the customer knowing that I wasn't given a cancellation number so had no way to prove that I had called. Seems like a scam to me. I am a Platinum Best Western loyalty member so have stayed at many other BWs, as well as this one, in the past and have never had an issue. I won't stay there again. There are many other hotels in the area that value my business.

We stayed here one night last weekend for a work trip and short getaway. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the heated pool at night. It was a little cooler than expected, but it was fun finding the spouts shooting out warm water. It was clean and quiet in their courtyard. Breakfast was amazing with omelettes, hash browns, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a waffle station with so many toppings, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice. They offered different types of milk and boiled eggs in their mini fridge. Check-in was quick and friendly. They even gave us a small gift bag filled with bottled waters, microwaveable popcorn, a granola bar, Nutter Butters, and a mini corkscrew. Appreciated the extra treats!

The place is huge! Was here for a wedding that had a block of rooms. I'm always hesitant of a hotel that the doors open to the outside world but this one was ok. We had a standard room two queens. Fine. Cleanish. However the toilet didn't work. Clogged (with urine only) twice, let alone overflowed one morning, making a complete mess. Went to the front desk and was offered a plunger as maintenance would not be there for another hour. Cool. Two girls gotta get ready for a wedding. Palm on forehead. Air conditioner smelled and the filter needed changed bad. We both coughed both nights. The pool was cool and breakfast was legit. Location will be the only reason I return.

I booked a room for my daughter while she attend a wedding in the area. On her way to the hotel that night she got into a car accident and was unable to check in. Asked for consideration due to extreme circumstances; hey free money for them for an unused room.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. The lobby not only smelled great, but it was clean and welcoming. We stayed at a suite with a tub right above the lobby area that felt more like a small apartment! We were there for only one night, but it's definitely a place you can stay for a long period of time since you have a living area, fridge, dining table that is separate from the tub and sleeping quarters so you don't disturb anyone staying with you; my husband and I have different sleep schedules so this is a big plus!! The room was clean, quiet, and felt safe. We were within walking distance from food, coffee, etc, but we were impressed by the breakfast they served. We travel quite a bit and often breakfast at hotels is just continental breakfast and coffee/tea/juice so we expected just to grab coffee and a danish, but the breakfast was amazing! They had eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, fruit, coffee, juice, tea, water, cereal, danishes, and a lot more that I didn't even check. This will be our go to place in this area for sure! Everything was great, especially the staff! Every single staff member we encountered was positive, helpful, and really made you feel welcomed.
