me and a couple other friends went into the store to look for a drink. we took a while to decide what we wanted but we didn't cause a disturbance to others we kept to ourselves. one of my friends had a phone call to make so we left for a couple minutes. we came back to the store after the call and we were declined service without a explanation and they kicked us out. I feel like it was judgemet because yes, were were college students and on top of that all of us were people of color. I feel as though it was a racial decision and was very uncalled for. I believe me and my friends should have the right to go to a store without being judged for being young and/or POC which ends in us to wrongfully be kicked out of a store. very unprofessional.

Friday before Christmas 2023 9:20 a.m. At the cash register was a small, disabled woman who remained calm despite there being three people wanting a case unlocked or an exchange and four people lined up at the register. As soon as she saw this developing she took her two canes to walk to the side of the store to retrieve a cell phone to call for help from the back. Twice she called. After twenty minutes and no response she then had to walk to the back of the store to rouse the young man who finally came to help her, who took a big guy first at another register who cut ahead of me and another. Decided to leave. In frustration I remembered that Total Wine and More had opened. Discovered it just 1/4 mile away where I found the tequila I was looking for $23 cheaper as it was on sale for their grand opening. Yay! Signed up for their rewards plan. Sometimes losing becomes a win! Will not return to Bev Mo.

WOW! I purchased 2 12 packs of beer - usually runs $40+ - now its $60+!(Same brand) I think my checker gave himself a healthy tip.

worst service ever when you trying to have a good time. my bf and I were trying to purchase some tequila and when we asked an employee who just finished smoking from his break, if it was this exact one because he knew the bottle but not the case he didn't give no eye contact, no friendly tone, no smile nothing, he seems angry at us for asking a simple question.. like it was such a vibe kill. (it was the one with gauges) beware of him! ps we ended up not purchasing nothing. just losing customers not even gaining.. director should be disappointed in his employee.

The worst customer service ever! I ordered a case of assorted wines online and paid for it, at 9:30am, to be picked up between 1:45 and 2:15 that afternoon. I got there at 2:00 and it wasn't ready. After about ten minutes I asked if I could change it to delivery because I had someplace to be. They said no because it was packed and ready to go but nobody bothered to tell me they that! They then put the case in a cart, said "have a nice day" and never offered to help me out! (I'm a 74 year old woman and there's no way I can lift a case of wine!). I was afraid I might say something I'd regret because I was so mad, I wheeled the cart to my car and proceeded to take enough bottles out to make it light enough for me to put in my car, then put the loose bottles back in the box. Of course it was the same scenario when I got home. I knew I would have to do it there but damn...! Thank goodness a new wine/spirits store is opening close by at the end of the month because I will NEVER go back to BevMo!

It is great that they can deliver. I was hosting an event and I didn't have to go out or send anyone when supplies ran low thanks to BevMo delivery.

I always seem to be an inconvenience when it's time to exchange kegs. The customer service is so awful. I've had employees roll their eyes at me and try everything in their power to seem unavailable to do the simple task--EVERY SINGLE TIME. I dread even having to go there but they're the only place near me that has the variety I like. There was even a time where an employee dented my NEW car putting a 5 gal keg in my trunk. I offered to do it myself but he insisted. I didn't make a big deal of it since it was a tiny dent but it's the principle. I'm considering going all the way to the Petaluma BevMo in hopes that it'll be a better experience there. Only gave 2 stars because of the variety in which they offer there. Other than that, nothing but bad experiences.

I'm on a first name basis with the staff. The service is always excellent, they never have a problem trying to find a bottle that shows in stock. I'm always chatting with the employees and funny enough making recommendations to them. Keep it up!
