I don't usually shop at Big Lots but decided to visit. Friendly employees and the store were decently stocked. Great selection on candy, and the pricing was fair. Left with a couple of bags of candy for the commute home.

It has been a long time since I haven't been inside this big lots store, and I don't remember it being so messy. It is a store that I can go back to, but I hope next time I'll go, it's better organized and with prices on the shelf, I grabbed a few things, and I needed to ask the price when I got to the cashier that was a bit frustrating. Customer service was great!

I was at the que line and a customer is being rude and yelling at the cashier's face but the associate was still polite and respectful with the frustrated women. Everytime I shop at this store the manager and her team work so hard to keep the store well stock, organize and clean. If you're one of the impatient customer don't shop at Big lots go somewhere else because there doing an amazing job!

Worst run store I've ever seen. Manager outside having a cigarette break over 30 min while I'm waiting for them . Store is a mess , employees are over worked doing ridiculous tasks like returning all the non price tagged merchandise which is basically the entire inventory. One cashier to handle the whole que.... the employees are doing their best to keep up without any experienced, productive and motivated management to support them. I would have spent a lot more money had it not been so inconvenient to bring up EVERY PRODUCT TO THE CASHIER FOR A PRICE CHECK ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT IN A LINE TO DO SO. Products wrapped up on a pallet that employees cannot touch to replenish the empty shelves so product is there but you can't purchase it?!? Get it together Big Lots there is NO EXSCUSE FOR THIS. I even saw employees sharing a register without separate drawers! I hope no one attempts to hold the cashier's responsible for a drawer everyone has their hands in...I also saw a Pkg of sanitary napkins taped shut with obviously a few missing and it wasn't even discounted are you serious? Sanitary used to mean something..WOW I have been in retail and management for years and NEVER have witnessed this. Buyers beware. Shop elsewhere.

Place is a garbage trap. Everything disorganized, hardly any way to make sense of anything. Bathroom is "out of order" after watching an employee come out after hearing the flush and the sink water running. But out of order. Disgusting store, horrible workers, except one younger woman, who was just had the best attitude with the warmest smile. They don't deserve her and if they had half a brain, they'd do anything to keep her.. Don't go here. Their deals are worse than Walmart. With a smaller selection...

You could tell me the store was ransacked by looters in the midst of a zombie apocalypse and my response would be "Yeah, but still." No organization, employees have no idea where anything is. There were 3 cashiers, only one of them was actually cashiering.

This place has really gone down hill. Set of 4salad plates, one was broken and only offered 10 percent off. Common sense says...set of four, one broke, take a fourth off. Also aisles were a mess, many blocked with piles of stock just abandoned. Couldn't fit down them, certainly no shopping carts could fit either. Merchandise on the floors. No way this place is ADA accessible.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Big Lots employee at the Santa Rosa store. Monique was amazing. She was pleasant and very well informed. Helped me find discount I never knew I had. I reslluappreciated her.

Roaches! They have roaches. I went in there tonight about a half an hour before they closed, I saw a huge cockroach in one of the food aisles walking along the floor by the bottom shelf. When I got up to the register to pay I notified the cashier about what I saw, they seemed surprised, I told them to please tell the manager. As I was leaving I actually saw the manager, I told her that I saw a cockroach and that she should call pest control or something, she just kind of smiled like it was funny and said okay. DO NOT buy food from here! Check anything you do buy from here thoroughly for bugs!
