Breakthrough is just a great place to work out. I've been training there for 7 or 8 years now. Everyone who knows me knows I am not the most loyal person on earth, but I can say I will never leave Breakthrough unless it burns down. My trainer is Christmas. I don't think she is taking new clients but maybe she will if you beg. I've had some of the other staff or Tim (the owner) train me as substitutes, and they are all excellent. Every single session has been a deep challenge for me. As a result I am now the strongest I have ever been in my life. I have been forced to stop telling people how old I am (cough70cough) because people get angry and think I am lying. LOL how's that for a downside.

Best gym ever!!! Great trainers very clean and knowledgeable about everything you need to know to stay healthy and strong. A 30 minute workout twice a week is efficient challenging and the results are amazing

Tim & Co are simply the best around! Been working with them doing SuperSlow for almost 20 yrs now, stronger at almost 50 than I was at 30.

I've been training with Breakthrough Fitness for eight years. I have found their attention to my needs and willingness to support my efforts to regain physical fitness to be exemplary. A person trainer, combined with their superslow training program is the fastest and most economical use of my time. In only 1/2 hour per week I was able to take by body back in time about 30 years. I feel better during the day, have more energy, far less pain, and sleep better. I highly recommend the trainers at Breakthrough Fitness. It is the easiest hard work I've ever done.
