I am a blonde woman with full natural eyebrows. I asked for natural tint and threading. They made my eyebrows black, thin, and assymetrical. Totally ruined my natural eyebrows and before a wedding event. Do not go.

I have gone here 4 times now. First 3 times were excellent, very happy with my service as they kept my shape exactly how I like it and just did a clean up. Most recent time, my stylist threaded my eyebrows much thinner than I have had in years. Very disappointing as it took so long to get them to this point. I will say, she did an excellent job getting my lighter blonde hairs (which are often missed) but just over did it on the shaping.
This was an isolated incident compared to my first few times and I may consider going back in the future, but will trial going elsewhere for now.

They did an amazing job for my barely there eyebrows before a wedding!! They also tested a gel applicator and a very thin liquid brush to fill them in a bit and I could barely choose between both products they were so good. Incredibly happy and grateful. Worth it!

I guess I didn’t ask for Kripa when I visited this place like a lot of people who left good reviews. I paid for a membership which now I regret getting a few months ago. Every time I go they leave one brow thicker than the other and they look uneven. It’s the last time I go even if I paid for the membership.

They messed me up 2 times!! 2 years ago they were doing well. Second to last time I went my friends said they didn't do a good brow job but I let it slide. 2 weeks ago I went back and I stare at their mistake every day in the mirror. When I got the lady my bf could tell she was not passionate at all. You would think when you're dealing with people's faces that you would see each customer as an opportunity to try and shape their brows for the better. That's why they get paid!! Why let someone inexperienced work a chair when you're running a business? Practice on yourself or your family!! It's going to take a WHILE for my brows to grow back and I didn't say anything because I felt bad. I ALWAYS tip well. Sure there's worse things in the world but damn I did not deserve this at all. It's been 2 weeks of stressing over this before I finally decided to say something. You've been warned
