“My first time there, carnitas are bomb. Chicharron's texture was super crunchy, very salty tho, however I made it in salsa verde without any more salt, and it was delicious. I will be back hoping the chicharron is not too salty anymore.”
“Ray's Food Center is a time capsule dating back to the 1950's. Back in the days when neighborhood grocery stores were the norm, Ray's is still here, offering groceries and featuring a classic Deli. The owner, a very nice woman, told me that customer's really like the store the way it is and do not want it changed too much. For those nostalgic for for the past when life was less complicated, Ray's gives us the opportunity to step into the past and be reminded of the way things used to be.”

“I love this place! I was fortunate enough to receive a gift certificate from my son. The butchers are super friendly and their meats are fantastic. I bought a variety of lamb chops, sausages, marinated Korean short ribs and smoked pork chops. Everything I tried was delicious! I’m going back to sample more of their offerings. I have my eye on their bulgogi and their carne al pastor.”
