“I needed my driver's side window replaced, due to a break in. Chris was fast, friendly, professional, and offered the BEST PRICE by far! One quote I got was for over 2 1/2 times more than I paid for C&R's service!! Chris came to my house, vacuumed all the dangerous glass bits, and replaced the window, which now functions perfectly. Definitely call C&R first, for your auto glass needs. They will be my go-to provider, should I need glass replacement in the future. Thank you so much, Chris!”

“Great service, great price. AND they couldn't be nicer. I can see why these guys are busy, because they know how to run a business that is both satisfying for the customer, and at the same time make the customer feel like they're getting a great value. Other glass replacement estimates were far higher than D.A.G. I was actually happy to hand over my money because I know great service when I see it. My car was 2 months old, only 1,300 miles and the chip I got on my windshield really was going to piss me off. I couldn't be happier going anywhere else to get it replaced. “I had my windshield replacement done today, and I'm so happy. I picked Grainger's Auto Glass based on the reviews, and the 5 star reviews are indeed well deserved. I had a big edge crack appear on Dec. 27th from a truck kicking up a rock, and with it being around the holidays, I assumed it would be awhile to get it fixed, but I was able to get it replaced on Jan. 7th, the next day when my new windshield came into the shop. “I can’t speak highly enough of Ray at Dibbles. I purchased a 2021 Trailblazer from CarMax this past February and it has been a bit of a lemon unfortunately. I was sent to Dibbles twice while it was under the 90 day warranty and they addressed the problems and worked with CarMax for billing. Unfortunately I had another issue recently outside of warranty (like I said, this thing seems to be a lemon…) and the car wouldn’t recognize it was in park and wouldn’t turn off. I drove it over to Dibbles before they opened and they took me in same day, no questions asked. They had the car fixed and ready to go the next day. I sincerely appreciate how kind they were when I showed up unexpected and didn’t just turn me away.”

“I went to the Santa Rosa Safelite facility with a 1:30 p..m. appointment for a chip repair. I was seen immediately and assigned to Austin who would do the chip repair. He greeted me and took me out to look at the chip in the windshield. He was friendly and explained the repair process, advised that not all chips were repairable and during repair the chip may enlarge to a full blown crack in the glass. He said the chip looked repairable and I gave him the go ahead to fix it. About 15 minutes later he came back into the waiting room (smiling) and told me it was all done. We went out to the car, and the chip had disappeared. We talked about the process of filling the chip a bit more and how it was better to take care of the chip rather than risk it cracking the windshield once the weather turned colder at night. He was extremely nice, very efficient and answered all my questions thoroughly. All in all, the experience with Austin was truly 5 star.
