“They had my car for a week for body damage repair, and it came back looking terrific, as well as freshly washed and vacuumed. Communication was great, and they interfaced seamlessly with my insurance company. They also were able to interface with my mechanic to get maintenance done during the time they had the car. On top of that, done a a day earlier than they said. A very stress-free experience!”

“Chris is very cordial, helpful, and accommodating. My rear window was smashed from vandalism right before New Years and he got me in quickly. I missed my first appointment, called ahead of time I couldn't make it and he was very understanding. He still got me in the next day despite having plenty of work to keep himself busy. He also removed the majority of broken glass inside my car. His pricing is very earnest for the work he is doing, the other auto glass shops I called quoted double the amount. I have a lifetime warranty and he told me to come back whenever if any issues arise. Thanks Chris!”

“Get It Darker was recommended by Adrian over at Bonnano Automotive for the installation of a head unit, speakers and rear view camera.
I contacted Andy at Get it Darker via text, explained the project and he thought it might take two days. We set up an appointment and brought in our 2010 Prius. Andy thought he might be able to finish the project in one day, but was grateful that we had scheduled two days.
At about 8pm, he texted and said that the car was ready! This was great as it made our logistics easy the next day.
Andy's install work was flawless, there are no signs of the installation. Andy put the microphone up at the top of the window, which he said resulted in better sound. He also warned us away from trying to retrofit a stock rear view camera as they run on different voltages.
All and all Andy did a great job and I strongly recommend his audio installation services.”

I can see why these guys are busy, because they know how to run a business that is both satisfying for the customer, and at the same time make the customer feel like they're getting a great value. Other glass replacement estimates were far higher than D.A.G. I was actually happy to hand over my money because I know great service when I see it. My car was 2 months old, only 1,300 miles and the chip I got on my windshield really was going to piss me off. I couldn't be happier going anywhere else to get it replaced. “I had my windshield replacement done today, and I'm so happy. I picked Grainger's Auto Glass based on the reviews, and the 5 star reviews are indeed well deserved. I had a big edge crack appear on Dec. 27th from a truck kicking up a rock, and with it being around the holidays, I assumed it would be awhile to get it fixed, but I was able to get it replaced on Jan. 7th, the next day when my new windshield came into the shop. Most communication was done by email and text, but it was fast, easy to schedule the replacement, and I got my questions answered. I highly recommend Grainger's Auto Glass.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of Ray at Dibbles. I purchased a 2021 Trailblazer from CarMax this past February and it has been a bit of a lemon unfortunately. I was sent to Dibbles twice while it was under the 90 day warranty and they addressed the problems and worked with CarMax for billing. Unfortunately I had another issue recently outside of warranty (like I said, this thing seems to be a lemon…) and the car wouldn’t recognize it was in park and wouldn’t turn off. I drove it over to Dibbles before they opened and they took me in same day, no questions asked. They had the car fixed and ready to go the next day. I sincerely appreciate how kind they were when I showed up unexpected and didn’t just turn me away.”
