We hired Roy and Raymond for help on our moving day. They were so professional, calm, and quick. They were extremely gentle with our furniture and very thoughtful about minding the care of our new home. They were a fantastic team that we were thrilled to work with, and they made our move so smooth and stress free! Thanks again for the extra hands and heads for a little bit of puzzle solving around tight corners. I'll most certainly keep in mind Careful Moving and Storage for future help and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone!

Today i called in to talk to file a complaint. Turns out it wasnt the company i needed. But Wyatt (im sorry if thats not ur name) was absolutely helpful, cared even tho it wasn’t his store/workers doing wrong. If i ever need a mover this will be my first call. Very reasonable prices. Awesome service, experienced, professional and thorough. They made scheduling easy and they were timely. very good communication. they moved a piano for me and did a fabulous job. I will definitely use them again! wonderful service!!

Date of Service 4/20/23, 9am-12:00I can't say enough good things about the gentlemen that helped us move our furniture today. They were upbeat, down to earth and knew how to get it done. They really went the extra mile and made sure that all of my items arrived in perfect condition. Definitely recommend, and I will be calling these guys again next time I need help with moving! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are very disappointed with our experience working with this company and the dishonest and unprofessional sales rep that facilitated our service.Their sales **** **** grossly underestimated the amount of time and number of people it would take to complete the job. And, more egregiously, after weeks of not returning my call and instead of owning his mistake, he 1) refused to refund us for the additional time it took, and 2) accused my partner of lying about the number of rooms that had to be moved despite knowing we were moving 30 minutes away (in other words, the entire house needed to go) and having gone out and surveyed the property himself. I suggest never doing business with Careful Moving or anyone affiliated with this company. If you choose to do so, all I have to say is be \

I am so impressed with everyone I've dealt with at Careful Movers. I had an unusual move because I was only moving out for 48 hours and was hoping to store everything either on my balcony or at a neighbor's. Sam outlined all my options, rates, and fees and was kind and informed me of any extra charges so I could budget the move.Cody and Tyler were my movers and I couldn't have asked for better! They were quick and kind and friendly. Moving is a pain and everyone at Careful Movers made it painless! A special thanks to Sam who went up and beyond for me. We had a great experience with Careful Movers and Storage. I specifically wanted to give them my business because the owner donates time and resources to a community project for the local elderly that recycles durable medical equipment. They handled our stuff with care and actually listened when I requested they not drag anything across the wood floors. I would like to give a special shout out to Robert Smith, who was extra friendly and just generally went above and beyond to be helpful.

Saw their truck drive by and took down their number as I am preparing for a move and called them to ask if I could stop by and purchase moving boxes. They said moving boxes are reserved for their "customers."
Ummm... If I'm trying to purchase moving boxes from you, why in the world am I not considered your customer?
