“Update! Second order placed with Wagner, 4 years after the first one. Beautiful rug! Just exactly want I wanted to update my mundane living room into a more modern look. Very helpful service, frequent updates as we waited for the rug to arrive. I could not be happier and recommend again with five more stars.(first review 4 years ago) Big selection of quality carpets. We looked at the local big box store but the selection was limited compared to Wagner. Here we found just what we wanted. They offer free measurement service, and that was done within two days. Well-sized carpet samples were ordered and arrived quickly. Once we made our choice the carpet arrived in about a week and installation shortly after that. The installers even arrived early on the scheduled day and did a good job. Furniture moving was included in the total price, which in the end was less than the big box for a better quality and more "modern" carpet. We are very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend Wagner Carpet.”

“It's a delight to write a review for this local and long time family business. We had water damage and were dealing with the insurance company. Wow. We got half of the real world cost to repair so as a retired general building contractor, I decided to finish the project. Got a lead from a big wholesaler and I called Vince. Had been to the stores on santa rosa ave and felt like I was on the tilt a whirl at the fair. Nobody gave me a straight answer of how to do the floors. Only Vince had the right answer. I wrestled with idea of FLOATING the white oak engineered planks. But eventually came around. (Too many problems nailing into OSB subfloor.) Their all pro team came to our house and in ONE day, knocked the job out. Just a little pick up work the next morning. Every man there was a Master Journeyman. Everyone was nice and a pleasure to work with. These guys do many of the new million dollar mansions in town but still gave us a great price and because of this, we were able to do most of the house in hardwood. Results are Stunning! Tim McGlade was more than helpful in locating and ordering replacement vinyl planking that was needed after our refrigerator leaked, damaging the existing flooring. The special order arrived when he said it would and I was able to return the unopened boxes for a full refund when the project was completed. Yesterday he helped me with the selection of transition molding needed for a doorway between a tiled bathroom floor and carpeted bedroom.
