Breanne is very knowledgeable and had some helpful insight into options available. She came out and took very accurate measurements and emailed her bid and even a diagram of the carpet layout. Scheduling was fluid and they were able to install 2 weeks earlier than originally planned since we were leaving on a trip.
On the day of installation, Ken and his crew were on time and got right to work. They moved furniture we were unable to and were very respectful of our house and contents. They finished in 1 day, but took care to do a very professional install. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your flooring needs. Mike was in charge of our project and his calm, kind, professional, confident and attentive demeanor let us know we were in good hands. Jose and Luis are truly excellent craftsmen, as well as easy and accomodating to work with. They were able to repair our oak floor by replacing termite and water damaged boards and sanding out burn and wear marks. “All though they were not able to help me find a discontinued item, they sure did try and I wasn't even a big customer. I just need a couple of boxes of flooring. And they would have to ship it to me as well. I was impressed that they worked so hard for nothing in return. They didn't make a dime off of me but put a lot of work into trying to help me out.
