“Mike and Jimbo are legends in this space.
They will get you the best price on schedule at the highest installation quality.
I have a 130 year old house and Mike and Jimbo have installed our carpets now for the second time in 25 years. Our house has all kinds of difficult angles and irregular angles. Jimbo knocked it out of the park with his installation and fixed some runs elsewhere in the house at no charge. Just incredible work ethic and integrity.
I have no idea how they could ever receive a bad review. These guys work their butt's off and have amazing inventory. They have been in the game for 35 years and are still going strong. Incredible experience. Unbeatable prices at high quality.”
“From beginning to end every person who assisted in our choice of floor covering gave exceptional service. From accommodating choices and our constant questions to final scheduling and wall to wall carpet completion in our 3 bedrooms the experience overall was seamless. Customer satisfaction couldn't be better including clean, efficient and professional work by installers.”
“We needed to replace our 2nd floor carpet and used this company. Danielle in the front office was very helpful with information until a salesperson could meet with us. Breanne is very knowledgeable and had some helpful insight into options available. She came out and took very accurate measurements and emailed her bid and even a diagram of the carpet layout. Scheduling was fluid and they were able to install 2 weeks earlier than originally planned since we were leaving on a trip.
On the day of installation, Ken and his crew were on time and got right to work. They moved furniture we were unable to and were very respectful of our house and contents. They finished in 1 day, but took care to do a very professional install. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your flooring needs. We are a return customer and found them to again provide excellent service at a competitive price.”
“Designer Kristina walked me through selection of materials for a rockin' kitchen remodel. Cabinets, countertops, selection of sink, lighting, flooring, drawer pulls & more were all enthusiastically & professionally presented until I was ready to install w my contractor.”
“From the beginning Doug was extremely knowledgeable, and trustworthy which helped make the whole process a success. We love our new carpet! Thank you and staff!”
“Simply outstanding describes our experience with Hendricksen's! Mike was in charge of our project and his calm, kind, professional, confident and attentive demeanor let us know we were in good hands. Jose and Luis are truly excellent craftsmen, as well as easy and accomodating to work with. They were able to repair our oak floor by replacing termite and water damaged boards and sanding out burn and wear marks. They filled and refilled, sanded and refinished, and now our living room and kitchen look as good as new. You will be in good hands as their goal is to have happy satisfied customers, and we are! Check out the before and after pic below. Thank you!”
“Damien is your go to guy here. He unfortunately didn't have what I wanted but he took the time to make sure I was helped. Rather than just a sale he made sure I was taken care of.”

“All though they were not able to help me find a discontinued item, they sure did try and I wasn't even a big customer. I just need a couple of boxes of flooring. And they would have to ship it to me as well. I was impressed that they worked so hard for nothing in return. They didn't make a dime off of me but put a lot of work into trying to help me out. A++++++++”
