I stop by here EVERTIME I'm come to Santa rosa. Hands down the best cheesesteak around. Great service, friendly, fast, clean and super delicious. The crew were super friendly and cooperated with my confusing and complicated order. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Easily the best food in the mall and as mentioned before best sandwich in town.

When I’m in the mall, I always have to drop by for their bacon cheese fries and lemonade! My favorite subs are their Chicken California.

I always have to get their bacon cheese fries and the California chicken sub when I'm at the mall. I've been going to this location for years and have tried other locations when out of town, but it's not like this location; this location is the standard that I compare the other locations to. I like that the food is always consistently delicious and the service is always fast and friendly.

Charley's Cheesesteaks surpassed my expectations! The food was exceptional, and the staff was impressively efficient with their fast service. The restaurant was immaculate, and the kitchen added to the fantastic ambiance. A must-visit for amazing food, speedy service, and a clean atmosphere. Can't wait to return!

First time trying a Cheesesteak from here and I was absolutely blown away with the customer service here and the quality of food. I wasn't entirely sure on what to get at first, but the owner and staff here were so kind and helpful. They offered a few different options that were the most popular, and I ended up going with the steak Philly cheesesteak. The food was pretty good and I was able to share it with my partner. I will definitely be back again if I ever get the chance to come back out. Thank you again to the staff!

This Charley's location is my favorite. I've tried other spots throughout the Bay Area when visiting other malls, and I think the SR location is the best!

Friendly hardworking gentlemen here food is absolute fire best food in the mall in my opinion thanks Charley's hope you stick around for a long time such a bummer seeing all these businesses closing after COVID
