Very slow. Was dealing with biz stuff and the banker didn't know what he was doing. Took him 4 times printing out the same forms because he didn't know what he was doing. I will not be back.

We are fire victims. For those who don't know, when your house burns down your insurance company doesn't just write you a check. They first write your mortgage company a check. Then, they write you a check for whatever is in excess of the amount owed on your mortgage. Then as you build your house, the bank reimburses you for the money you spend on your house. That way, the bank doesn't have to accept any financial risk. It took months of phone calls, lost paperwork, more phone calls, more paperwork, us paying to have form after form notarized. We were almost done - "85% complete". We just had one more payment to go. Then Chase sold our mortgage to another company 2 months before we were finished building our home. Now, we are complete and needing our final payment so that we can pay our contractor and move into our home and we have to start the paperwork, phone calls and more paperwork all over again. I'm furious!! The new company wants us to start at scratch - just like we were back in 10/2017 filling out the basic paperwork. NOTHING was transferred over.

As we all know customer service at any banks is either a hit or a miss. While in the location I needed to take care of some banking needs. The minute you walk into the bank you are welcomed with a nice "hello what can we help you with?" I said a deposit. After waiting in line no more then couple minutes. Then I got to the teller. The teller said welcome to Chase Bank. How can I help you, please. I told the teller I need to make a deposit. Also make my credit card payments. said not problem. No more then couple minutes I was in and out of the bank on Thursday afternoon. If you are looking for a Chase Bank that has great customer service skills. Then you will find at this Chase Location. Overall I was much more pleased than expected. The plus, you have private parking lot. Also street parking.

When I called for 2 days no one would answer the phone AT ALL!! I wanted to maybe open an account there and had some questions and I wasn't even allowed to leave a voicemail and they didn't even have a live operator taking messages. Even small businesses have someone answering the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NOT be banking with Chase now. They lost a customer.

My teller today was extremely unprofessional. so I was forgetting what my daily limit at an ATM compared to in branch, she couldn't answer my question. She just point at the ATM for me to insert my card, She then blurted out my balance, as if I wasn't aware, when I was just at the ATM, then she asked me again what my question was, so I simply asked what is the daily limit at an ATM? She answers me. And then slaps down the money on the counter without even counting it back to me! She was extremely impatient for not being busy at all. And rude for no reason. The branch is extremely convenient for me! I hope she gets spoken to about her customer service. Her name is Bonnie.

This is a very very busy branch in downtown Santa Rosa. I'll always try to go during off-hours (not right after work) or on weekends. Great and fast service otherwise.

This is actually about their credit card services. I had a dispute on my card, I felt got scammed. I was in the middle of moving and needed help. It only took 1 email and they settled my dispute. I couldnt be happier because I really needed help and they came to the rescue. I have 3 credit cards from Chase ... I might get another cause I believe in customer service and these guys get it.

Omar is the worst business banker ever. He disclosed personal information and on more than one occasion promised things he did not deliver. Not professional in the least.

My business manager Eric is always on top of my account, going out his way to make sure that my account is current and growing. I didn't think it would be possible to find such a great person to manage my bank accounts at a larger bank like Chase, but Omar is a truley a hidden gem.

I was there after hours sometime last week...either Friday or Saturday night. Eric Nissenbaum and 2 other very nice guys helped me greatly...My debit card info was stolen and they stayed open way after hours to walk me through canceling my old card and request a new card sent to my house. They gave me a "ATM ONLY" card so I can still put $ in and take $ out of my account. They were all very helpful and I am a chase bank customer for life. Thanks again Chase. ***Great customer service!!!!!!!!

Love this branch. I've been working with Joe and Eric for over a year now and the service is top notch. They have a close working team in there. I also utilize the financial planning for my retirement and investments. I recommend Chris for investments, Joe for business accounts, and Eric for personal accounts. You'll get first in class at this branch.
